One of the many first steps of overcoming depression is understanding how your emotions are constantly changing. You can overcome depression if you are self aware of your thoughts and actions. It's like talking to the "good" and "evil" of yourself.

Thank you man for saying it all out. It is really hard for other people to understand what depressions are all about because you aren't just "sad" or "had a bad day" and that is exactly why i would like to thank you because you try to bring the difficulties that depressions have closer to people who have no idea of it. Also it makes me feel like i'm not alone with problems the same as you have. Feeling not good in ANY situation, waking up and already hating yourself, not being able to enjoy anything.
Again thank you for all your videos man.

I wish you the very best on your recovery man, i´ve always loved your videos. And damn this video hits very close to home to me. I´ve been pretty severly depressed ever since i was 14-15 and i can relate to most of the things you say a lot. Feeling especially depressed right after your biggest successes is a big one for me. Whenver something goes right in your life, depression has that nagging property that it turns it to shit in your head. Like i´ve been juggling since a few years and it´s been the best thing of my life, but every so often whenever something goes right for me i´m not happy but depressed because my heads keeps telling me how much better the others are and how far my goals actually are, how shit i actually still am at the thing i love the most andd even though i rationally know thats bs it depresses me and i wake up feeling like complete shit just thinking about going out to juggle, despite it being everything to me in my life, that´s depression for you. Videos like your journey to recovery help me out to push myself to get over this feeling and still go out and try to enjoy life, so in short all the best to you man, you´re an inspiration to me and so many others!
