I've been having fun with fire mage pvp in cataclysm classic, and your boomkin skills helped inspire me! I was wondering whether mages are any good in mop or not and what would be their best spec for pve/pvp?
yeah Mage might be the best dps for 2v2 arenas, especially with rdruid. many time i see frost mage in the top of 2v2 ladders in mop. i think fire is even better but it required much much more skill, kinda same like in cata but in cata even without skill you can do well as fire. in mop with no skill you wont do much as fire and i think thats why most mages are frost cause its simple and easy but so good also.
