the thing is that they are not there to test their knowledge.
The written tests both objective and descriptive are so difficult and vast in syllabus that their knowledge has already been tested in those tests.
What they're actually testing here is the candidate's patience, confidence, and adaptability and how well they handle situations in pressure.
the key to these interviews is you should try as much as possible to not sound biased, stern or rigid in your views, your values and answers should align with practicality, and the constitution of India irrespective of your personal ideology
Very true.
Exactly
Basically it tests you as to how good of a slave you can be without having an opinion of yourself instead following a principle blindly.
I don't think its the exam that tests you as to how good of a slave you can be, its the job that does it. We have plenty of examples of 'not slaves' and still Civil Servants, which proves that it isn't impossible to not be a slave.
Bas gooda chahie hota hai, comfort chhordna padta hai, ab ya to family ke saath rah lo politicians or seniors ki chaatkar ya transfer transfer khelte raho.
If significant number of Civil servants get comfortable with transfers, I think the system will start rewarding not being a slave.
It's a personality test, it's not a test of ones intelligence.
It mainly evaluate you on how you perform under pressure and also test how you make decisions. Your intelligence is already tested in Mains.
19:12 if you think that's weird...watch Akshat Jain interview where the interviewer asks him to propose a water bottle.
Akshat jain and satendra singh(blind person and so well interview) ias interview please master in communication
What are you even saying dude, learn to type properly first
Dont make this channel for education i come on youtube for bakchodddi btw this interview also bakchodddi but i dont want to watch more
4:46 u think he is only expecting her to know the correct answer? They are mostly checking her wit to handle situations, her communication , presence of mind, alertness, problem solving skills , how she acts in difficult situations AND her knowledge
Bro she is All INDIA RANK 3 (AIR 3) meaning she's 3rd in the country
4:52 - It's called putting pressure.
The interviewer is not checking knowledge, but how the person will react in situations in future
Most questions are not asked with the intention that candidates will give right answer, it is to see how candidate reacts and handles that situation.
Lekin isko kaha samajh ayega .. khudko ias officer se bhi jyada smart manta hain
Cropping patterns is such an important topic in geography! !! And it is imperative for a person wanting to be an officer in india, a country whose large part of population is still involved in agriculture! That's like bare minimum! Also about fishes, it's not dumb. This is something we studied back in school. The areas in ocean where the warm and cold currents meet form excellent grounds of fishing! This is a topic in commercial geography. The countries around such marine regions have a large part of their population earning a livelihood through pisciculture.
aap koi upsc aspirant ya officer lag rahe ho ..nice points made!
@@depppmish8552 About right. I am not an aspirant yet, just weighing my career options abhi ke liye.
Other countries' ppl especially their countries will not understand this 😂
Every information based question they are asking is relevant, in geography we study different climate patterns in areas and accordingly their effects on crop cultivations and lifestyle of people of that region and that too in early classes and for a administrator of a region it's important to know the geographical condition and crop patterns so they can make help farmers which are the large population in states of up, bihar punjab, etc and another thing is they are not here to just ask a straight question and get a bookish answer they want to dig into her mind and can see whether she could think and handle things well in odds
Look, who judge the toughest exam mock interview of the world 😂lol
Impressed that you showed your interest in UPSC interviews. I must say preparation of UPSC can carve out candidate’s best personality that is needed while working in the services. Goodluck brother. Love from India❤
Actually asking about crop patterns had everything to do with geography as it is taught from class 6 about crop patterns in geography
bhai wo pakistan se hai 😁

In UPSC, the subject you choose as Optional as Geography in this case, it is expected from you to know a great deal of it. Here the questions are fairly moderate
6:55 it's not just about memory.. It's about how much you're aware.. She just said her hobby is cooking and filling hobby in UPSC interview form is one of the most important things.. as there's always a question on it! So she should've saw it coming.. a detailed question on something about cooking
this is how Indian administration has been created. This exam is one of the toughest exam in the world already and interview is to test the peer pressure you can handle. Its a kind of psychological mapping of a candidate. Famous F.A. Minister S. Jai Shankara also followed the same path . This is why Indian administration is so good in so many ways.
Good or straining?
Rigid and book-ish culture without any social integrity is promoted here, yay!
Interviews r not about testing the knowledge, interviewers want to know ur approach of seeking knowledge, that's why they r asking general questions related to her locality if she's aware of her state, culture, tradition or not
In geography, you study the type of cultivation according to different areas and states. Yes, It has to do everything with geography
I know you might think what's the relation between the questions asked to her and ias or ips officer as many of us indian think but that is the UPSC interview for you my brother and that's why it is called as 2nd most thoughest exam in the world 😊😊
Its not 2nd toughest, it's 3rd toughest... 2nd toughest is jee advanced
At 23:00 wow im in CA (Chartered Accountancy) final. All the explanation given by her about GST are accurate and fact full 😮 amazing. She knows the indirect taxation law very well even though she has background of geography study
ECONOMICS AATA HAI, UPSC ME.
Shi bat ha bro
Intermediate bro ❤😂😊
In UPSC ,the interviewer will ask anything under the sun regarding their field of interest,...so depth in knowledge in your chosen subject must be there..... sometimes they may ask one or two weird questions to checkout the potential of the candidate....my cousin attended the interview 2017....but couldn't make it....she said about this...
The posture, hands, presence, etc. are indeed important for this interview and even in other senior managerial roles. The interviewers here are also gauging the confidence and strength of a candidate, since the person should be able to withstand/navigate political pressure and that of officials in different departments and look like they can get work done.
Bro !! Heard of Jaishankar ?? He also has come through all these hurdles. It's not about accent or answering "vague" questions, it's a testing of your instantaneous thought process and spontaneous decision making.
UPSC is one of the toughest exam in the world 🌎
Atleast 1 video in a weak related to this topic
It's my humble request
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
19:10 bhaiyaji geography class 9 ka question hai ,
Cold ocean current aur hot ocean current of ocean Jahan milte hai wahan fish bahut jyada paye jate hai
bro he is from Pakistan lol .. kisko samjha rahe ho...oversmart samajhta hai apne aap ko ye
I have qualified one upsc interview.. and the interview questions are not to judge your factual information but to judge your personality by putting you under pressure
You are correct but the syllabus of UPSC is that everything that comes under the sun so the interviewer ask anything
The way he laughed at the geography faculty 🤣🤣🤣🤣
19:15 The Question about fishing is about few regions in the world where Warm and Cold Currents meet. One such area is NewFoundland on US/Can Border (pointed out by the candidate later)
Best fishing regions are the ones where hot and cold currents meet...for example - as she said..north east coast of america
Its a pretty beasic fact ..if u study geography for prelims.
When you are aiming to be an IAS officer, the knowledge of the district you will be posted is a must. The questions asked were relevant to her state.
Great questioning to analyze the thinking process of the would-be IAS / IPS / IFS officer. Simple questions bring out a student's character, knowledge, logical thinking,
UPSC is tough , one has to know each and every detail of his/her region, subjects etc. and have to keep themselves always updated .
They have to be close enough to , I would say AI tools like ChatGPT , that they should have answers to almost every thing so that they should be able to connect dots and give results when they become officer.
Next should be Shrushti Deshmukh IAS mock interview
U gotta realise they don't hold opinions similar to what probably reflects in their question, they simply want to put candidates in perplexing situations to check their wit.
The best thing about UPSC interviews that there is no syllabus for it ...😁😂😂😂
They also play with your confidence to see your confidence
It’s not a vague question it’s all about knowledge of India and world
bro this is not about knowing the answers of questions but it is all about how a person personality of a person and how a person goes towerds the questions
Great content Farrukh! Please diversify your content and soon we’ll hit a million. This goes in line with your insights as well and your correct belief that your audience is smart. A very good, and applaudable move.
Bro this is UPSC..world's 2nd toughest exam after gaukau of china...see the tv series 'Aspirants' which is based on UPSC aspirants and their dedication, sacrifice
Bro's Ancestory includes William Shakespeare at some point!! 😂
World's toughest exam 2nd- JEE ADVANCED (INDIA) 3rd- UPSC(INDIA).
Toughest exam on the basis of toughness level jee advanced is 1st
In case of competition gaokao is 1st
Nope. JEE isn't the toughest
Kitna sharam aarha? No.1 likha hi nhi?
World 2nd toughest exam is upsc india and 3 jee advance
@@SakshamSSR bhai tough nhi hai, competitive hai, difference samjh.
IAS is a kind of job where you have to work for common people and its became important to possess the knowledge of every aspect & they also check your abilities how you perform under pressure and what kind of decisions you take so what they are asking it’s all relevant for the job 😊
Farrukh bro.. these interviews are not for testing knowledge. Its main aim is to test the personality traits, the ability to handle pressure, testing the critical analysis of candidates and awareness etc. They wanted to pressurise her to check how she will respond to that
An ias officer should be aware of everything in the locality that's why they ask such questions and those impossible questions are there to see how the person handles the situation and pressure and diving in the mentality
And this coming from who is also and statepsc aspirant
Even your forefathers may not have thought of appearing in these exams...sitting and criticising the panel is easy.
Chill bro let us enjoy
Well that's true as he doesn't really have the qualification of criticising them
They are not testing her knowledge, they are just checking how honest she is With DAF(Detailed Application Form)
Dude these people are very very very respected in our country... You cant reach their level 0f intelligence in this life
He is not mocking her… he just wants her to break… Thats how you get to know their mental strength
Bro do more reactions like this 😌
Roasting candidate is a part of interview to check his/her patience
Saloni Verma's interview would also be a good watch. She obv lacks a bit of body language etiquette but I was mindblown by her eloquence. Please react to it if possible
These interviews are made tough to prepare the candidate for the real interviews as UPSC interviews are not easy they check everything even a small little mistake can stop thier select hence aspirants prepfer to give mock interviews, all the interviewers are very well educated and experienced about the same field aftet the interview they also tell them everything they did right and things that they have to work on so that they can give their best in real interview
India has the highest number of Woman Indian airfoce pilot in the World
Its not about how much you know its all about how much you are aware. And in some question he emphasize to make pressure on herr and how she reacts
If everything is champagne, then there is no champagne means champagne will lose its value... It will never be the champagne it was...
36:13 most epic moment….. farooq giving advice 😅. Sorry Broooo but you will not be able to be her driver of her car being an ias officer😅
What he meant by "if every wine is champagne then there will be no champagne" is if every college is as special as IIT, then IIT won't be special any more, it won't be precious. Because it would become the norm.
Ohh man don't judge them...She carcked 2 exams and sitting in intervew...Board members are from big prominent universities with vast knowledge....
In 10 th class geography book we had dadicated chapters for crop pattern and what kind of crop grows in what area and what season so it's pretty much important to know that especially if interviewer is asking for her State also it's more of tracking her brain and presence of mind and her quick thinking that they want to taste
The Greatest Indian🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
they have asked about her hobbies and interest so many time because the so many student wrote any hobbies in the section to check the loyalty of a candidate and to know him personally from that hobbies section.
Man said..."he chose to look like this..huh" 😂😂🤣
These people r tested on their communication, decision making, smartness ...as these ppl ll go on to imp positions in the villages as magsitrates and have to be very smart as they have great powers
10:50 This things are expected of from an IAS officer and he must know this let's say tomorrow a farmer from her district comes up with this problem and she would resolve and understand the issue
Civil servant is not some corporate employee who should only have technical knowledge
Civil servant is a people servant and these are expected of him and infact this things are more important
27:58 Hell Noooo... Sexual assault is a violent physical crime and has nothing to do with violating "modesty of women"... Stop putting such stigmas around sex crime which only add to traumas and marginalization faced by sex crime victims in society. How can they let go this outrageous remark considering the room is full of bright qualified minds of this country.. No wonder why this is still such a backward third world country.
check out "Pehle Bhi Main" from Animal. a hauntingly beautiful song..
from a very 'unique', violent and polarising film. phenomenal performances!
3:50 , what i think he ment by that is ki agar sab collage iit ban jayenge toh voh competition khatam ho jayega there is no concept of competition, i get the point every collage should have better infrastructure and campus just like the iits, it is also important to have the hierarchy of these collages
Ans yes it's not the test of knowledge rather it is the test of personality ....as everyone knows that one who has qualified prelims and mains is already very knowledgeable and intelligent
Bharat me students ke liye kuch nightmare hai such as UPSC,JEE Advance,JEE Mains,SSB,NEET
11:13 the question is important to know her knowledge about the products of the State hugely consumed...
She is rank 3 among 10 lakh.... So... Judge yourself if it's good.
They do not check knowledge or memory but how they handle these questions ... like reactions and personality
cold and warm currents meeting point is the best fishing area, basic knowledge of a geography student. so its not a vague question
Yeah, It is totally relevant to the geography what is the special food of particular area, what kind of That food , what are those mineral which find.etc
Please do more reactions to mock interview ❤❤✌️✌️✌️✌️
18:42 that is not a vague question
That is a geography question
You will get more fish in the sea where hot water current meats cold water current
Latter he also gave a hint when he said " is it something to do with water current".
23:45 govt job ke liye ayi ho to Haa hi bolna padega🤣🤣🤣🤣
Upsc is tough bro😢
This is UPSC interview or master chief 🤣😂🤣💓👍
Bro UPSC means you can be asked any question in your syllabus from all over this universe ......it can be silly as well as one of the toughest in the world
See they (Interviewers) pick apart every thing u say , the fact the she studied civil engineering and doesn't know the chain length speaks to the quality of the education she received or lack of interest in the subject itself.
You can't be having a degree in civil engineering without knowing the basics of it.
The interview is mostly a stress test and calling out bullshit
If u have lied on ur CV about something they will catch u
I think you should watch satyendra singh's mock interview too....thats too good
See the mock interview of Shrushti Jayant Deshmukh. She is incredible.
Junaid Ahmed interview 🙂
UPSC is world's second toughest exam for a reason...
Nothing is unnecessary in IAS interview, it's very tough
Farrukh vai react to UPSC Topper Mock Interview, Junaid Ahmad (Rank 3, CSE 2018)
if every bottle of wine became Champagne then there is left no real value for Champagne .maybe im right or wrong🤣
The second guy didn't took an interview he just lectured her.
Well, to be an elite Public servant one is expected to know pretty much everything from an Quantum to Cosmology :D
She's my senior
Yes Upsc is obviously challenging & ahould be indeed, after all the candidates selected will administer India, the biggest democracy in the world!!!
There is no need to especially mention that it is tough!
ye banda apne ko tees maar khan samjhta hai.. bro if the exam is this easy, it wouldn’t have been tagged as one of the toughest exams in the world.the amount of hard goes to reach these interviews is incomparable to amount of research you should have done before making it look so casual
Asking these questions are also related to knowledge, decision making and mental toughness. They know she doesn't know all this. Upsc is all about knowing which u dnt know.
The objective is not to let go... these are preparatory interview where the aptitude is tested of the candidate to refine and understand the presence of mind of the candidate in extreme pressure situation. Only the cream dela cream are selected to drive the nations administration.. these one of toughest exams to crack in the world not only in india.
Bro it does not let her go. It's a UPSC Interview . You serve the nation. India's toughest exam ...
It's not soo easy 😊😊😊
what about politicians?? why are they still uneducated??????
