With an endless number of people giving their time, efforts and support this was truly what it set out to be, a community event. It has engrossed a wider spectrum of love and friendship. Each person involved, from the surfers, musicians, organisers and most importantly the festival goers seemed to feel this at every stage of the event. I once told a friend that Ben Howard is at least 10 years ahead of everyone else. Of course, it's a little bit exaggerated, and there are other greats out there, but the depth in Ben's songs is just beyond comprehension. It's so out of reach that even when decades go by from now, not everyone will be able to appreciate his greatness.

Wow! It's 7 years since I was at this gig! Time is flying! This was the first time I saw Ben live, he was so happy on stage and really into the music. Maybe because he was back in the far wild west of Cornwall, with all his surfer friends and the most stunning surfing beaches. This performance of the Burren....... there are no words, awesome, incredible, stunning etc. just doesn't cut it, it's so fecking good.
He's just amazing. Talent beyond words.
Undoubtedly the BEST version of this mind blowingly good song so far - thanks Greenaway Pro for upping this :) The rocking out part is epic 'I come here to start a fire' - album 2 here we come, surely The Burren will be on the tracklist
