I loved this grocery store walk-a-bout SO MUCH!! Grocery stores are my favorite stores, more so than clothing, shoes, or make-up, and so this video is like the ultimate fun for me to watch. My favorite products were the grapes (we don't have combo grapes packs in the US, we have to buy them all separate), the cheddar and red onion chips (drool), and before this video, I had never heard of Miran. Now I'll have to go buy some! I also laughed when you gave that thin crust pizza a "meh" and tossed it back LOL.
Hello. It seemed to me that the prices there are less than Southern California or even North Carolina. Interesting. Thank you. A person commented on wanting to visit England. I have seriously considered moving there. Take care...
Was reading a story where the characters went to Tesco but as I’ve never been, this video was a great help in knowing what it might be like. Thank you!
Simple but very informative video. Good speed and thanks for posting the equivalent prices for USA. Very similar to our stores but the aisles are so much wider! Great job!!
Wonderful memories of shopping at Tesco's. Thanks for the walk around and we would have bought just what you did. Dave and Merry Ann of Minnesota. Dave was born in London. (We would have bought a couple of sliced bloomers however.)
Thank you so much for sharing! Very nice the store reminded me of a super Walmart here in the states. I found the prices at this Tesco extra store to be slightly lower. The whole shopping vibe felt the same as a Walmart superstore
Love to see the supermarkets. We love many of the iconic shops in the UK. A visit to M&S or Debenhams or even TK Maxx would keep a couple of sad Anglophiles from withdrawals.
I enjoyed our walk and buying food in the supermarket, i prefer to shop online its much better. ive noticed food has gone up a lot. and it wasn't to busy. take care.
Interesting that some of the prices in this store are cheaper than other Tesco stores. Some of their prices go up and down like yo-yos. Thanks for the ride in your trolly.Looks different from that angle!
awesome thanks - so much general knowledge to be had from this which you can't get from a regular travel video or book. feels like I've been there (not to mention this looks exactly like an american supermarket like target or shopright, etc....a little disappointed by that part, but I suppose to be expected....London itself looks identical to NYC in many ways...particularly the people).
Even shopping for basic stuff in London - I miss it so much and I cant even see when I will be able to travel again. So I love this, it makes me feel like being there.... Thank you!
It's very hit and miss- happens with all of them, I have loads of supermarkets near me of all chains, my local Tesco is amazing, but the one in the next town is very meh.
This was fab! We had to cancel our trip this year and I always love doing my big food shop of items to bring home with me at Tesco. You should do M&S foods next. :)
@@sanpostroll2107 Talking about M&S could you please consider visiting some stores in Oxford? We have a M&S Foodhall in Summertown. Such a lovely store.
I always enjoy grocery shopping tours. If there is one thing I'd like to see is being able to check out more products and their cost. Other than that it was great 👍
This is making me so homesick. Two years since i made it to the UK! here in Turkey the weather is much better but I miss British food so much, especially as a vegetarian. No Quorn or anything similar. Nearly all the veg are huge and fibrous here, with petit pois and baby carrots a distant sweet memory. Oh for a couple of hours in Tesco or Sainsburys! Thank you for sharing.
Yup many people know what’s up and are refusing to mask now in uk. I don’t and am super chill. If someone makes a fuss I just quote them law and walk off.
Watching this from India...UK is so expensive! Though the supermarkets there seem to be quiet organised compared to the chaos here in India , nice video ! I bet any Brit would not have strolled past the tea section!!
Vishuddha Thakkar It probably still works out cheaper because the wages here are much higher, We spend about 8% of our income on food on average , India on average spends 30-40%. Groceries here are very cheap compared to other western countries, only the USA spends less of their income on food.
@@manchestertart5614 Oxford Dictionary defines Brit as a British person. I should be calling you lazy and disrespectful trying to instigate racist comments on something entire irrelevant to you . Don’t know what country you come from :D

I find your videos very relaxing and informative. Please keep them coming! I love your shopping strolls and find your choice of products very interesting. You seem to like cheddar cheese and leaks a lot 🙂🙂. Maybe you could also show cosmetics section in one of the videos? Just for our information. Thank you.
Greetings from very hot Las Vegas and really enjoy your videos! I follow a few other walking videos there in the UK and asked a few times to do a video similar to this as I have not been to London for a few years! So thanks for doing this and love the price comparisons in the different languages, good attention to detail!! Loved your last video of going down the back streets(and mews) of the city which the average tourist does not see. You are doing great from the other vloggers of going to out of the way places, we do not get to see! Well done and keep up the good work!! PS, Maybe do this again in the Christmas season as the stores in the UK always have such nicer holiday food selection then here in the US! Cheers!
Hi Robert, thank you very much for the kind words and thank you for your suggestion. Yes that’s a good idea and I will definitely go back for a Christmas food haul.
@@sanpostroll2107 You are doing an excellent job and hopefully will be at 10K subscribers by the end of this year(or sooner)? I recognise this Tesco, I live a few minutes away from it. I do love going there but they are expensive, I often go to the local Asda as it's a bit cheaper. All the same I enjoyed this video ☺️
I'm from the UK & the other Day I Visited a Tesco Extra Store, I Picked up a Basket & inside it was a List which read Beer, Bacca, Skins, Tips, Vapes, Baby Food, in that order!.
I've always wanted to sit in someones trolley and be pushed around. This is great.
😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂😂
You made me laugh hard 😄😅
😂😂
😂😁
i like that the atmosphere at every Tesco supermarket around the world almost had no difference.
Wonderful ! Thank you ,, I'm too old to ever get to Britain now , but you are bringing me there now , was always my dream . thanks so much Sanpo
It's amazing what you can find on the internet these days.
Nothing interesting
This is Cool! I think you should make it a Supermarket Series of Sainsbury's, ASDA, etc. Other types of business are also interesting.
Agree 🤓
i totally agree
I live in Hawaii, grapes cost $7.99 in Costco...thanks for sharing this...I’m always fascinated by grocery prices in different countries 🤙
Watched this at night before bed! Very relaxing and interesting. ✨

🍎👍 Interesting idea. Grocery stores are
one of the windows into a place IMO. They all seem to vary and be unique by country. -H
Thanks Henry.

Love it! Keep them coming. Wish you could do a walkabout at Whole Foods on Kensington High Street. That would be great!
Oh yes does garlic bread I love those 🤤

Tesco is a mid-priced supermarket. Asda ( owned by Walmart), Aldi and Lidl are even cheaper.
Excellent , thank you so much. Memories .

I just discovered your channel and I’m glad I did! 😊 Love this food shopping, so many choices compared to the small one I go to in Notthing Hill.

Very cool bro I feel like I'm a child when you got pushed around in a trolley
Interesting walk! Thats a huge store, as not seen a Next shop in a Tesco store before

Wow Sanpo. You have chosen a well organised and well stocked Tesco branch. The prices are quite low too, but I am afraid Tesco is not my supermarket.

Looking forward to watching your version! 👍
I really like this video. How did you set up your camera to record this?
I don't know if it's true, but, I was told Tesco Extra Shops are a bit more cost wise than a proper Tesco Store.
Interesting to see this video to have a window shopping in Britan.
Loved this! I notice just like here in the States some people do not wear face masks even though they are required in the store.

So true, Kim Rich. I couldn't believe that we pay almost double for some produce here in Canada. :(
