@Anurag Mahanto I would sell my m1 and get an m1 max if the m1 macs kept their value. Unfortunately they did not. I got the 16GB and 2TB of storage which seems to have lost about $1K in value.

I just finished my Apple Ecosystem and it is powerful. I got the 2021 M1 iMac with 8GB of RAM and 512GB SSD, the 2021 M1 12.9" iPad Pro with 128GB, a 2017 MacBook Air with 8GB of RAM and 128GB SSD, an iPhone XR with 64GB, an Apple Watch SE, and a pair of 2nd Gen AirPods. I have made mine and I'm happy!
I have an iPhone 12 pro, still rocking the AirPods Pro, watch series 6 and M1 MacBook Pro 13, very happy with mine!
Hey Gary, I'm neurosurgeon, and make a lot of science research and I DO IT ALL on my 11 inch iPad Pro! Yes that small device is powerful enough for science!!! I also have the M1 Mac mini 8/256 and used very few to watch UA-cam some times....

Feel that the 16-inch MacBook Pro M1 Max with 4TB storage is the one I would purchase if I still worked in the professional production world.
Thing is the very first Apple Macintosh Steve Jobs unveiled with a $2,500 price tag, on Jan. 24, 1984. In todays dollars on January 1, 2022 adjusted for inflation would now cost $6,502.47. So it would cost me far less today for a 16-inch MacBook Pro M1 Max with 4TB storage than it did for my very first Apple Macintosh. Also use to moved it around in the Apple Travel Bag Tote carry case. Did not complain about the weight as it was much lighter than my previous Intel based luggable.
I've been a Windows user nearly my entire life until I got curious and got myself a 13" Retina MacBook Pro back in 2013. That served as my go-to device until only relatively recently when I finally retired it. I upgraded to the 2020 M1 Macbook Pro 13" and love this thing. I pair it with airpods pro, and my iphone 12 pro max. I love my devices :)

We are all looking forward for you doing a short video on how you keep your videos and storage organized and how are you transferred from one device to the other. My ecosystem is 11” M1 iPad Pro + Apple Pencil, MacBook Pro 14” base, iPhone 13 Pro Max, and AirPods Pro. I’m a high school student who uses my devices for watching content and doing schoolwork. I have no need for the performance of these devices but parents have deep pockets so I just buy whatever I want for myself.
AirPods Max are my most used headphones. They work so well and sound is very good for closed back, noise canceling cans. Money well spent if you know you need them. And now they’re marked down from many vendors.
I don’t know I own a nice MacBook and some expensive stuff in general. But I immediately retuned the airpod max. It just felt wrong to wear what was once a weeks pay on headphones. Even though I absolutely love them I could not shake that feeling.

Nice video! I’d toss in the Apple monitor with the $1K monitor stand for a desktop setup. I’d be interested to see a ‘kids’ echo system based on what you get for kids based on age. I’m curious to see if I should have an AirTag in backpacks or what age would be good to give a kid a watch.

I’m really tempted to get a new iMac when the new ones come out this year, but I’m debating this. I don’t really need it and already have an M1 iMac. My setup currently consists of the M1 iMac, an iPhone 13 Pro Max, iPad Mini 6, iPad Pro 12.9 2020, AirPods Pro, and Series 7 Apple Watch. I’m working toward setting up HomeKit devices at home. I really love how integrated all apple devices are :3.
Would you use your Mac for anything other than casual browsing or maybe light video making? Otherwise I don’t think you need anything new then.

You can trade-in your device to Apple and they’ll give you money towards your next purchase. You can do the same thing at Best Buy and probably a few other tech-selling stores. You could also try to sell it for more on eBay or another site, but that’s more work, in my opinion.

Just bought the exact iPad ur talking about with Cellular. It’s my computer…. It works and does everything well. Anytime I need something other than this I just use my gaming PC. I highly recommend a IPAD pro to anyone looking for a portable computer. And you don’t do anything wild. This is like a really really really awesome chrome book if you will!
My dad is somewhat into the Apple ecosystem but he doesn’t use a MacBook instead he uses an Dell XPS 13 while I have the whole ecosystem budget edition

Hey Gary ! Thank you for your video. It would be awesome if you could explain how you manage your family photos and video taken with your iPhone since you only use the 128go model.
In fact I have more than 200go of photos and it seems that if I remove them from my internal storage for an external drive, I lose track on where the photo has been taken, the date, who is on the photo and so on… could you please explain you manage this ?

i mean i have an iphone 5s and im good with touch id battery gets me 5days with low power mode and i use my phone a lot i listen to spotify in the morning and at nght play dome video games and watch your videos and its really small fits everywhere and i really like the mat finish on the back amd the edges and it is smooth as long as i do not try a brand new iphone

Does your SD card reader work with most cards? I just got a 14" Max, 32 core, 32 mem, 2 TB after a several month wait and find out most of my cards don't work. I went online and find out this is a major problem no one on UA-cam seems to talk about. Hopefully an update can fix it. Btw, we purchased 12 of the same MacBooks and they all have the same issue.

I have what it's called a realme ecosystem
Let me explain in quick mode, realme is company based in Asia and they just started creating devices that worked together well and most likely used by more people the ones who use samsung or lg or razer or lenovo ecosystem, because realme devices are more cheaper and good quality
So here's my ecosystem devices list:
Phone: realme 3 pro
Laptop: realme book with i5 1135g7 16gb ram 512gb ssd
Watch: realme band
Earbuds: realme buds wireless
And that's basically it and all of come at a total below 1000 dollar after exchange rate of course

I would love to get a 16” MacBook Pro for the size of the screen. But $2500, I’m far too cheap for that. Still running a monitor alongside my M1 air.

Apple Watch to me is unnecessary. You can buy it if you want to indulge. My first and last one was the Series 4 cellular. I really did not find anything spectacular with Apple Watch except for seeing the notifications right at my wrist, which i am not that lazy not to take a peek rather from my iphone.
So mine is iphone 12 pro, macbook air m1, ipad pro m1 11”, apple watch se, airpods pro
I guess that’s enough

I have the AirPods pros and I use them daily. when the max came out I balked at them, now I find myself looking at them like "is $550 to much?" Im worried about myself.
If Steve Jobs was alive, he would still expect Apple fanboys to use small phones(13 mini/SE) and big tablets (air,11 pro). But instead the opposite happened. Big phones (13 pro max) and small tablets (ipad mini). ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
