Over 13 defensive players on IR, they brought 3 guys from the streets to play in this game and the defense were tired and being a lions fan, the Packers always came back from behind in games years past. No more Farve or Rodgers.
There was a very good reason he went for it. Our defense was done. Half these guys have never played a full game in the NFL and they're starting for us 3 days after they got to Detroit. It was the right call for this game.
The Lions have been aggressive like that all season, but especially now, they seem like they're playing to keep their defense off the field. They have 13 defensive players on IR right now (18 on IR total). They had a few guys playing on defense who have been on the team for less than a week. The injury bug is bad.
It was only a few years ago the Ravens beat Detroit on a walk-off 66 yard fg. Pepperidge farms remembers. You can bet Dan Campbell does to. Detroit's defense was down 13 players, including our entire season starting front 7. Dan told the offense all week they needed to win the game. So they did.
They didn't want to give the ball back period Bro..the defense had already giving up 31 points and Jordan luv was cooking. He didnt want to chance the packers getting a lucky hailmary or none of that stuff!
So, I don't know if you watched the Rams/Buffalo game. Up by 3, in field goal range, the Rams went for it on 4th and 5, and got the 1st down. They then scored a TD with 2 minutes left in the game. Buffalo ran 13 plays in 58 seconds and scored a TD. Yes. 13 plays. 58 secs. 1 TD. Had the Rams kicked a field goal? They lose. Now it's not apples to apples. Buffalo had timeouts and what not. But Love going 40 yards to tie the game in 40 secs? That's probable. Btw, the Lions are 7/8 on 4th downs vs the Packers this season. Why not use the #1 offense in the league to get 3 inches and drive a stake in GBs heart?
The Lions been going for it on 4th down more than any team in the nfl, they've been doing that all season and it's been working more times than not. The lions are one extremely aggressive team and it's a big reason why they now have 12 wins and is currently the number one seed in the nfc.
Lions coach also knows that Love is underrated and is nice like that. He stated that in his post interview. That’s why he didn’t want the packers to have a chance
You lion fans can’t even admit that the refs helped you win this game when everyone else who watched it who wasn’t a fan of either team still says they did
@@jaybrick8973 it will happen that game was the worse thing that could happen to the lions, it made the packers hyped and ready to come back to Detroit for the playoffs they’re gonna play with a lot more energy and with their team should be full strength then including doubbs and jaire Alexander which Alexander could easily hold his own against st brown
You literally said not 2 minutes before that play. If I had an offense like that, I would go for it too. Now you questioning the call. Get out of here.
Even with the lions main defense Jordan love still could’ve got in field goal range in 40 seconds, unlike Goff Jordan love is actually good with the deep passes
You guys don't understand shi 😂.. he went for it because we're missing most of our starting defense...🤦 Most people are ignorant to why he goes for it.. they just see the madness And add that with the life Green Bay started to show on offense yeah I don't think he trusts his defense that particular game in that particular time...😅. He just don't go for it for going for it sake.. see you have to understand the Lions and understand their team if you did you would know why he went for it.. Dan wouldn't for it if we were mostly healthy
It was a good game too bad officiating was horrible and ruined who would’ve actually won there was so many calls missed that lions did that gave them at least 20 points in this game packers should’ve won by 14+ if officiating was actually good
We Detroiters are crazy. And now we have a team that matches us.

12:56 we couldn't trust our defense this game

We have 13 defensive players out on or. That's why you go for it
OnePride!
It does not mean you don't trust your defense. It means you trust your offense and you NEVER GIVE THE BALL BACK IF YOU DON'T HAVE TO.

It’s working so far for them.

The Lions are the Best team in the league bro,our coach got ball my nijah
You would understand if you followed our team sir
7:26 our defense was banged up so we had to play more aggressive
7:52 lol
W
well the defense got 16 players out injured the defense was full of practice squad players he wanted to win on offense
The Packers getting bounced in first Wild Card game 😅
Packers fan still can't admit that we are better than them right now they have nothing but excuses for why they keep losing to us
You lion fans can’t even admit that the refs helped you win this game when everyone else who watched it who wasn’t a fan of either team still says they did
But when packers beat y’all in playoffs will you say Green Bay is better?
@Greenarrow4377 it won't happen so no lol

This video finally taught me the meaning of Bruh... It's a filler word like um
Pack got beat by the 3rd stringers......

14 points and they still didn’t win.
He said number 0. Lol
Lions are “unstoppable” because of the refs, they know they have a 12th man on the field they got the refs in their pockets
