Happy New Year's Week Rob, I hope you and yours had a nice Christmas as did I. All my very best to you and yours in 2025, take care, bye for now and safe trail and road travels.
Thanks Marc! Hope you had a great holiday season also and here's to a great 2025...hope I didn't jinx it.
Nice ride, thanks for sharing, enjoying watching these and your commentary. Especially when you explore the side trails :)
Thanks Alexandre! Glad you enjoy the exploring, I know we do too.
I just bought the 700XT last month and I already have 700kms on it the machine so far is a beast, I can't wait to really test more through the summer.
Congrats on the new ride! glad you are enjoying it. Thanks Man!
I was confident you'd make it. Just water wheely right through. 😁😁 Lousy weather here. Rain, snow, freeze. Had one day I got out at 23F. Then started raining again.
I tried water wheeling it one time before and it didn't do it, so it was a crap shoot. Glad it worked this time. Thanks Man!
Should have brought your scuba gear. LOL
That might have helped, thanks Man!
I am a lumberjack..and to unlock the stop of a chainsaw..it is by moving the handle forward..when something comes too close to the handle or hits too hard, it bars.
Yep, did that. Turns out the saw was just gummed up and needed some TLC. Thanks!
Nice ride wish I was there
Maybe some rides next spring...Thanks Ernie!
We enjoy watching your videos amazing trails out there.
Awesome, thanks Scott! glad you are enjoying them.
Sweet ride Rob.
Thanks Man! Always something interesting it seems.
Nice river crossing. All those years riding skeg paid off.
LOL! Yep, brought back some horrible memories LOL! Thanks Fred!
Nice ride Rob, good you made it thru the water and didn't get the belt soaked, you going to do a long term review of the saw and things to change to protect from the elements. Cheers and have a Festive Season
Thanks Man! Hadn't planned on it. The saw has been great, light weight, cuts some pretty big trees and the battery lasts long. I normally will put the saw in a waterproof bag but didn't expect the freezing rain and water. Turned out the saw was just gummed up with junk, a good cleaning and she was running good again.
Do I see you getting a snorkel kit in the near future ? lollollol
I thought about it but I don't do enough to warrant one...don't wanna go that avenue again LOL! Thanks Vance!
you had great luck that ride, I miss trails/adventuring like that. I've driven our area far too often now that I'm just starting to utilize my trailer and venture away. I find it pretty funny that your riding buddy is named chris as mine is as well with both our names being rob
LOL! That is funny! Ya, we can venture up to a couple of hours away from town now but still find new areas within 1 hour to ride. Thanks Rob!
This is why I bought an Argo, I had a bad creek on my hunting property
I've been in an argo in a pond floating, scared the hell outta me LOL! Thanks Man!
11:24 🤣 Well done... Keep that nose somewhat in the air and you should be fine. If the saw was not working before. It definitely isn't working now.. lol
LOL! Strange how electric saws don't like water. Thanks Todd!
Your saw said “ this is are you shitttinnggg weather and it’s raining “. lol when you think you can’t cross deep water and it’s about 3-4ft deep you can water wheelie it across we use to do that all the time on Hondas back in the 90s when there wasn’t any snorkeling and our tires were on 26” tall
LOL! Ya, I think it did say that. Thanks Man!
Great video, thanks for sharing. How do you like the fuel on top the storage. Has it been a good combo? Any issues? Thinking of doing the same.
Haven't had any issues running it that way, Link mounts hold well. I don't need to go into that box unless someone is really stuck. Thanks Man!
You should follow right behind him let him push the water out of your way,it worked for me
Might work...might just winch right to his rear end and let him pull me across also LOL! Thanks Man!
@@Kq750. We had to do just that crossing some flooded roads here. Lowered the water level at least a foot. But had to keep moving.
Hey Rob,what do you have for handlebar heat
Heat Demon slide on grips...
Did you pick up the beer cans
Nope, no room for garbage that ride. Thanks Mark!
How many km do you have on your bike
Well over 2000kms and still going strong. Thanks!
I think to ya should Just to add more different dimensions and view points. 👉 👈 Why not take 1 of your Gopro cams and mount them on your buddy's ride.
That way we get to see the differences in the terrain, would make better content, 😉 IMHO.
That's an idea, thanks Man!
@RobFarrowATV yessir. If you have ever seen adrenaline junkys channel on UA-cam. When he heads out on his rides. He has multiple GoPro cams. And puts them on many of his friends' rides. And that way, we get to see many different angles and views, and we can see when you are ridng and what any challenges there might be.
It's not any extra editing, as you have the 2 now, unless, of course, you add a few more.
IMHO, It'd just be nice to see different perspectives, and also, I see that you always lead. Let someone else lead so we can see different angles and viewpoints.
Thanks Man! They don't know where they are going LOL!
An other wet ride
It usually is LOL! Thanks Ted!
