AND the mother explained that she turned in the strange looking underground power plant, then she exits that place to end up in the countryside, she started to infect the citizens around the place until she managed to take control of herself by finding the smoke which made people inmune to zombies, she then shared it with survivors, soon the faceless cult was made

You shouldn´t see Night hunter with invasions turned off, because he is only one type of infected, which can be only controlled by player. Unless there is some bug. But you can still hear Nigh hunter scream at night start.
Does anyone still play nighthunter? I remember when I used to play a lot how my game would constantly be getting invaded but now, since I got back into it recently,I very very rarely get invaded despite having nighthunter enabled all the time.

If you think about it, the night hunter is way faster, possibly much stronger but lacks armor
Night Hunters are significantly smarter and stronger than any of the other zombies, so that isn't an unfounded convern
