    Hello Sir,
I have a use regarding Maximum RLC Retransmission reached.
In my case , multiple rlc retransmissions are occurring. What could be the cause for this ? Is it related to RV number? Or what parameters should I check to avoid multiple rlc retransmissions?
    Thanks

Yes Measurement Gap would be there in case of Video Call. Consider the case that you are moving in a CAR from one point to another and you are on a Video Call at the same time. At that time frequent Handovers would be happening between different cells without your Video Call getting disconnected. SO Measurement Gap is required.
      Happy Learning :)
