Dixie was so disgusting in this, so selfish and righteous, like in this scene. She didn't give a damn about Brooke or Jamie. She didn't give a damn about Brooke when she went after Adam either.
tammyramey The Love for Dixie started with the Adam gaslighting her storyline and the chemistry she had with Tad at that time. But they eventually got tired as a couple in my opinion
Tad came across equally as pathetic as Dixie in this. I loved snarky Brooke, great zingers and truths lobbed at her husband. Tad's fatherly devotion towards Jamie rang hollow in this. Yes he loved Jamie but he left Jamie time and again to galavant here, especially when having an affair.
No way. Brooke never, ever chased him. I've watched all of it. Tad was always persuading her and pushing at her to be involved with him (both times). She was the one that would say, this isn't a good idea, you still have feelings for Dixie blah, blah, blah and then he would say no, no, no I DO have feelings for Dixie but it's over...and then push at Brooke some more to sleep with him. The first time around was believable between Tad and Brooke. But this second time leading into their marriage was just bad writing. Brooke is not stupid and they wrote her stupid. Tad is irresponsible, but not cruel and they wrote him cruelly.
@@deuxjournalistes2993 Exactly. She never chased Tad. Granted, I always thought intelligent Brooke lost all her smarts around Tad; I felt Tad caused Brooke's IQ to tank. However, it was Tad pursuing Brooke. Tad pushing himself on a woman he KNEW had very strong feelings for him.
There is blame to go around on all fronts. Brooke, Tad,and Dixie. Brooke plotted to get pregnant before she knew about the affair. She lied as well. She threw Tad in Dixie's and Edmund's face. So she's not innocent on any level. Then she claimed to be a good mother. That was a crock too. She took that little boy out in the cold away from his family going to no where land. I'm definitely not a Brooke fan.
Opal gave Dixie the reading of her life, and I was so here for it!
You were so hear for it? What does that mean?
@@greenlee7smythe the wrong "here." Lol it just means I applauded Opal for this

Opal is a hypocrite she tried to help break up Tad and Dixie's marriage. And Brooke never should have married Tad knowing he almost died for Dixie..😑
devane85: Exactly. For the life of me, I have no idea why Dixie is so popular with fans. That is one character I do not get the fans being behind...

@@alexandracruz1300 I liked Hillary with Tad most, and I kinda liked Dixie/David.
Bravo Opal!

devane85: HERE HERE!! Agree!
Opal should have asked Dixie whatever happened to her southern accent. It just magically went away one day whereas Opal kept it annoyingly consistent.
Tad has cheated on every single woman he's ever been with. He isn't capable of loving anybody but his gd self.
Tad is no innocent for sure but no way makes the woman less guilty NOT when you KNOW the man is MARRIED
Exactly
@@robincoffman6723 I will agree with this. Women are so stupid to get involved with Tad..unless they are only in it for 'friends with benefits'.
@@robincoffman6723 Excellent point!
Tad and Dixie were very loathsome at this point but I have NEVER liked Tad. Ever!
I hated Dixie. Glad Opal told her off.
Dixie is very selfish in this matter at this time, And it does not look good on her.Tad same thing.
Brooke always chased him knowing he loved other people

Fine. But you said there was blame to go around on all fronts. So let's hear the blame on Tad and Dixie.
