Geological patterns - For sections and stratigraphic logs (by Mrs Ruault-Djerrab)

This video is intended for students in the common core of Geology, or any other interested public (high school students for example). It explains in a simplified way what are geological patterns, by giving examples. Patterns are schematic representations of rocks, which are used to draw geological sections or stratigraphic logs (also called stratigraphic columns). Their use meets certain standards.

Je suis désolée, mais je ne ferai pas de vidéo sur la minéralogie ou la cristallographie car ce sont des modules dont je n'ai pas la charge, je suis spécialisée en géologie 'sédimentaire'. Bon courage quand même à vous !
