Heyyo, Johnny. Thanks so much for featuring me! Totally thankful for the feedback. I did fix the floating rocks. The issue was I didn't realize when using the paint tool for the scenery that it causes rocks and trees to float if you don't hit align to surface.
12:19 I did fix that ground clipping issue 3 times, and for some reason the game kept saving it with the clipping issue, I thought it was fixed by the time of submission. The flat rides are in the game built by planco. Another thing I noticed that sometimes when I tried to duplicate or move something, it would throw items far off in the distance, I caught it later on, but must've missed some stuff early on. Also, didn't know we could walk around in guest view until after I submitted the park, just didn't dawn on me till afterward, and could've fixed some stuff had I done that. Coaster names are like *shrug* what do I call this one? ugh.. uh... I guess.. um.. er.. Okay, this.. LOL. 16:32 you can jump the rails if they were closer together, I learned a trick to help make the queues tighter for that, but this park was made in 70 hours from minute 1 and spent about 2 weeks on in early Planco2 :D, I'll get better.
As the video goes on, I am really wondering if I might have submitted an old file as I did go back in and reride and retest things, might have forgot to save the fixes before submitting, whoops. (after watching the last mythology coaster, I can say with certainty I didn't save the last iteration of the park as I really did fix the 8 vertical g's on that coaster and made it smooth out, so I do apologize. ***DIES OF embarrassment, I sent an old save.) But it is possible I missed some stuff. The Viking area was the first area I worked on fully and completed. I really was so focused on making it look good. I am really bad at making buildings cus of my hands, so I tend to rely on workshop items, so I doubt you'll ever get intricate queue work from me, but I will strive to make them easier to get through!
31:00 you are correct sir, same boarding stations, slightly altered to fit the coaster size. I am not so great with making buildings as it really hurts my hands trying to get everything precise. Haha. I also noticed I really do need more trashcans! I was building this with managing the park mechanics like breakdowns, refurbishments etc.. So could be another reason why I missed some details.
36:00 I really could not figure out how to assign zones, I spent like a great deal of time staring at that thing. LOL.
40:05 what you are seeing is a multidimensional coaster, but I couldn't figure out how to use different track pieces, so I built something LOL. As far as smoothing and stuff at that point was the last bit of the park I built, and was becoming more familiar with the coaster tools/pathing. And you are right, I think when I went through and added a scenery brush to add trees and bushes it sometimes overwrites the queues/coasters. I will definitely go over any other submissions with a fine tooth comb before sending them off.
1:00:00 - the mine train coaster was the very first coaster I made in the park.
As for the sun flare, I did mean to sink it slightly into the water.
Block section was terribly placed LOL I see that now.
My personal fav is the Single Rail :)
I really did try to jampack the whole game into one park HAHAH, true.
All in all, I really appreciate the feedback from everyone! And not bad for this 48 year old 's first attempt at making a Megapark. And you featured it on my birthday!! I will definitely take in the feedback and try and improve for my next submission. Thanks for making my dream of being featured come true. You were indeed kind and gracious with your comments. For the firstly featured Planet Coaster 2 Mega Park on the channel, it is pretty good and love the themings but yeah, some small things here and there that could be adjusted in the park like scenery collision in the coasters or coaster tracks too close to guests. First person or tegidcam was also in PlanCo and Planet Zoo.
In PlanCo it was really good. In zoo it’s incredible. In PlanCo 2 awful.
Why? Easy: in PlanCo and also planet zoo you can build while in this camera mode, the camera movement is smooth. In Zoo you can walk on any kind of paths and terrain.
In PlanCo 2 you can’t build in this mode or grab pieces. You are only able to walk on paths. Both a huge steps back compared to the two earlier games. The camera movement isn’t smooth anymore and sometimes it kicks you out of this mode or lowers the viewpoint so low as if you would be a child without reason.

Also the way the dummy's head just pops up at the bottom of the camera sometimes on the flumes is hilarious...

    • @leehuff6197
