Low key EVERY TIME I see the Natatorium... ESPECIALLY when it's glamed up for special meets. I lament not making the trip for USMS nationals. Except for last year because I needed to get to Orlando for UANA Pan American Masters last year. Love that the sport has evolved to the point where the ISL is a thing. Every year the tip of the spear (elite swimmers) can stay active in competition there is an incite that will eventually be gleamed for us Masters Swimmers.
hi cody ive got a learning disability and im not doing that good in training. Have you got any advise for me PS I droped 2 seconds on my 50 meter backstroke and now my time is 38.36 im now 11 my bday was on last thursday

Signature suits and equipment? Where are the venues? Is this "international"? They seem basically devoid of spectators? How much to attend an event? When did this start? What is ISO? Is there going to be "gimmick" races such as mixed teams etc. Is water ballet next? Thanks
I can't understand the sets, "1x100 on 5:00" means one time 100 metres on 5 minutes? It doesn't make sense, it's obviously too much time for him to do that distance.
So basically here you need to put your best effort (almost close to 100%) in the hundred and as you would be exhausted interval is given at 5 mins to recover
In the US, the meets are carried on espn3, which is their web-only channel. I watched using the ESPN app on the xbox & it was great. The downside is that a cable login is needed, so cord-cutters have to figure out alternatives like vpn/overseas feed, etc. Swimswam.com had an article that listed all the international carriers for the meets if you need to go that route.
Now, THERE is a cool pool. My pool is just really gross, nothing like that.
