He'll always be the sci fi guy (the X-Files, Terminator 2, Fire In The Sky). He's put on quite a bit of muscle since Terminator 2. He has a small part in Die Hard.
In the first two Terminator films it was established that nothing non living could travel back in time. Then in Terminator 3 the writers got a little forgetful about that fact, when wreckage from the time machine is shown lying on the ground when the Terminators travel back in time! Also Reese says that after he went through time, the time machinery was destroyed by the resistance, (Reese says:"Nobody else comes through") so how is it that four more terminators all went back in time?? The time travel plotline became really tired by Terminator 3.
Kristanna Loken is just ridiculously beautiful! T3 wasn't T2 of course but it wasn't her fault, she played a Terminator well IMO but she was so beautiful it was distracting. ha!

Was a big hardcore Michael Biehn fan lol. I will say, despite all the backlash, I thought the later sequels were good. In fact, Anton did an excellent job as a young Kyle in Salvation. You can tell Anton was looking really closely at Michael's performance and carried that over. A real shame all the bad Christian Bale hype overshadowed the good things about that film, including Anton. On a sidenote... Michael Biehn is looking more and more like Michael Ironside each year. ;-;

Following is my personal opinion. In #1 and #2 Terminator cast played a major role in their success everyone seems to fit in his/her role. None of the Terminator remaining movies clicked, here is why, In #3 villain girl was a bad idea and didn't work, in #4 Mr. Bale was a miscast as he is more suitable in negative roles, in #5 Miss. Emilia didn't even come close to the maturity of Linda and just couldn't handle the demands of the role.
Cable and VHS essentially invented the cult classic. Sure a few movies in the 70s got midnight showing status in small theaters but it was very few. Most of the movies of the 80s that we love would have been quickly forgotten to history without cable and VHS. But Karate Kid 2 was like 1986, a few years after Terminator, I'm not sure where Biehn was going with that.

Technically, John Connor had already been killed off just one year later in Terminator Genisys.
