This was a great video. My pool cover went to crap over a terrible winter here in Missouri and ripped apart (it was the coleman one, so yeah) All of the dirt was sent to the bottom of the pool. I just bought my vacuum and it will be here on Saturday. Cant wait to try it, but nervous on how much dirt it will pull up

You will be surprised! It will probably take a couple rounds though, and I would also check into a handheld vaccumm to get up any dirt the big one leaves behind.

Also when you lift it out the pool be careful because all the trash inside will come out

Yours must've been defective because I dump all the water out in the pool before lifting it out, and no debri comes out.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure. My pool hasn't had algae on it since we got it. It does pick up ALOT so it is worth a shot. I don't think it would remove all of it, but most.
