I was privileged to see John and this kite fly recently at the Berkeley Kite Festival. It is magnificent, beautiful, and John's skills are nothing short of spectacular! John briefly allowed me to fly his new baby and it is smooth and responsive. I am still a low level beginner, but with John's encouragement and support, I am motivated to continue. I may have to add the Djinn to my collection. Thanks John!
It is hard to distinguish between good wind, the skill of the flier and the innate controllability of the kite but that video certainly give me the impression that this is a step change in the fluidity and control delivered. The bridle brings to mind Andy Wardley's work on activated bridles. I'd love see how this kite feels in the flesh.
Not inland, but you get plenty on the coast! The Djinn will come in a variety of models (vented and non), wind range comparable per model to most of the other quads out there.

Thanks Wayne, you’re the man - always a pleasure! Remember, vocabulary and expression! Djinn orders should open this Thursday, Friday at the latest.
Wow this is one of my faves!! Beautiful kite, Crazy skills and the backdrop is badass for a Djinn theme!!
Awesome flying John! Lovely looking kite, too.
Andy Wardley thank you Andy! Wow! High praise, always a fan of your work, hope to connect again soon. 🙏🏻
Awesome looking kite. Can’t wait to fly one of these beauties.
Don't fancy the mid air flic flac but the ground launch version pointed out by JW @3.24 looks cool. Beautiful Quad dude one day maybe ; )

Accurate assessment all around... See you at St Anne’s, good sir. :)
Smooth!
What wind range will this kite fly in? In NC we don't get a lot of wind, or steady wind
