As funny as it is, Guy cares WAAAAAY to much about the power balance in this edit. Spoilors: Guy only cares about the power balance because of the game with Rudra and a promise to Veldanava. Besides, the whole balance mediator gig is more of a job for him than anything, in the novel he doesn't care about it to the point of crying. As such, the moment Rudra lost, since Veldanaca no longer exists, the power balance shouldn't have mattered at all to Guy. Also, Tenma war edit is all wrong, the entire Tenma war is one of the abilities of Rudra/Michael, Armaggedon.
