Hello! My name is Baruch. In 2021 I was diagnosed with cancer. It was a hard struggle for life. I want to share with you 5 tips that help me to maintain my health. First of all, it's a healthy diet. I try to use only quality food, eat fruits and vegetables every day. Also, my wife and I buy some home-made products. Secondly, I try to sleep at least eight hours a day, and at the right time. Thirdly, I try to walk twice a day in the fresh air. Fourth, I do physical exercise every morning. Fifth, I try to find reasons to laugh every day. The Bible comforts us that soon people won't be sick anymore. It says: "No resident will say: “I am sick" (Isaiah, chapter 33, verse 24). Please write what helps you to maintain your health.
