First of all, a belated big thank you for this (and all other) test videos. The comparisons helped me to find the right power station for me (in this case the 200MAX), which I have now bought. By the way, I came with a loose power supply unit (purchased in May 22) 🤷

Quick question: in the past (I think with the ac200p) it wasn’t automatically charging the extension pack when the system was boosting itself up via solar input with first morning sunlight. Is this possible now? If I have a B230 connected, will it always automatically get charged too if my solar is connected to my ac200max?
You did not cover how to hook to an electric panel in a home using a transfer switch. That would be really interesting to hear to understand how to run devices like a refrigerator and fans off the solar grid. Great video. 😊
Another little practical tip - I have one available from Amazon in the power line to the charging power pack. Intermediate switch inserted (plug and play), so that I don't always have to pull the power pack out of the socket, to turn off the annoying fan 😉

Very nice test, I have the predecessor AC200p myself. My problem is that when the large consumers (pressure pump and compressor refrigerator) are running, all the LED lighting flickers in time. You are exactly the same as the flickering in Maja's camper with the auxiliary heating. Is that also the case with the AC200max with the light flickering? Kind regards 🖖

Thanks for this in-depth review. I'm buying this AC200MAX mainly to charge my e-mountain bike's 2 batteries when hunting for a week or more here in Nevada and other western states. Love the AC200MAX LFPO cells.
YOU NEED-> The Canadian company Off Grid TREK 220 watt solar "blanket" to charge the BLUETTI AC200MAX during a power outage or while camping. This "blanket" is foldable to a small "briefcase" size but has the excellent SunPower solar panels for excellent efficiency in the 20%+ range.

Hey, first of all thanks for the super detailed and informative video. But if I see it that way with the switch in the vehicle and the switch on the box in the display, then you can charge either via car or via PV. Or did I not get that right?
Yes it comes with the car cigarette charger cable, you can charge via your car but think it takes several hours
How is it actually with the solar charging of the 200 box
Could you test how the AC200MAX would behave with a second AC200MAX connected via that big fat cable connector? I am interested because it would be more cost effective to purchase a second AC200MAX instead of a B230. Right at this time, 01/25/2023 you can would essentially have a second inverter for just an extra $200!

I am having a problem getting my B230 to charge via my ac200max, hoping this video will adress this. It just seems to be draining my ac200 max battery just now & I can't get it to charge via my solar adaptor plugged straight into the B230 🤔😐
Does the b230 start automatically if it's fully discharge and the sun rises up in the morning?
I think there are problems with this, I was hoping the video would help find a solution to this
The only thing I noticed about the AC200MAX compared to the AC200P was the slightly louder fan
I have the AC200 Max, I would like to buy the B230 expansion battery, but it seems the only way to recharge it is via the AC200 Max AC adapter, UNLESS you buy additional D050S adapter to charge via solar for $199. That's ridiculous. One should be able to charge the B230 via solar using hte same connector used to solar recharge the AC200 Max.
I bought a second ac200 max that came with the brick.
It still charges slow when plugged into an AC outlet compared to other brands.
The AC200MAX is a cool power station except when you use it outdoors. It is pretty hard to see the display when it is out in broad daylight.
That's when you use the phone app.
The idea of seeing the additional battery as a spare canister is not a good one. It is better to charge and discharge both components at the same time.
What's the price in India?
better if plugs on back and screen on front
I won't exactly call this power station portable as it weighs so much and it does take up a lot of space.
So, let's compare this with the mass of a equivalent gas generator.
