Hi. My printer is having the "Out of paper" error and unfortunately I wasn't able to solve it through these steps. Maybe I should take it to the service. I got a question, though. Could this error pop up as a consequence of the colour cartridge being empty? I guess the answer is no, but given that the printer never presented with this kind of error and this is taking place while the colour cartridge has no ink whatsoever, I thought you maybe could clarify if these two could be somehow related. Thanks in advance.-
Hola. Tengo ese problema y no puedo acceder a la opción de limpieza de rodillos a través de la opción que proponen ya que no tengo win7. ¿Me podrían decir de cómo hacerlo en win10? No puedo encontrar esas opciones en mi computadora actual. Gracias!
