Watching you with your Grandma brought tears to my eyes. My Grandma would’ve been 99 on July 3rd. We lost her 8 years ago and I miss her every day. I love how ya’ll cherish your family and spend as much time together as you can. Make those precious memories!! ❤️

And to mine as I remembered all the precious time I spent with my grandmother. I lost her on mother's day in 2000 and she is still with me in some capacity every day! For instance today, I was actually a little sassy with her .... asking Why Mamaw, why didn't we write down your recipe for sweet potato salad??? That's sweet as in taste, not actual sweet potatoes. I know she made homemade Mayonnaise and I'm positive that's where the sugar or sweetness must have come in but I just can't figure it out!
Most of the time, it's more of a quick moment like "Mamaw would have loved that!" or "I used to do that with Mamaw." Such small things become such core memories. (Now if I could only recall how she made that goshdern potato salad! I probably watched/helped her make it 1,000 times!!! 😊)
Bottomline - enjoy every single second with all of your family .... cuz no matter how many seconds we're given, it's never enough! ❤❤❤

With pregnancy your stomach is shoved back, and others things rearrange which causes low stomach acid 😊 it has to do with how your carrying, how high etc.. @pamelapati1219

I loved how excited Travis was over the Yellowstone park. We went there for our honeymoon. I love Katy doing Janeys make up. I love Haleys ponytail and her “moo” I voted on Henry but I like Harvey, too. Bless you for letting Jesus shine thru your lives!❤️🙏

I know all about the heartburn I've had that with at least 4 out of 5 of my babies. Eating apples seemed to help me alot when it came on, and not laying down after eating for at least 30 min.. I love watching the Bates family , love your faith, love for the Lord and your families. Your grandparents melt my heart Grandma Jane is the sweetest, beautiful woman so sweet, and Papa is so sweet as well! Hailey is so smart and so sweet with the animals. Family is everything, God bless you all!!❤❤❤
Travis, I visited Yellowstone in 1972 when I was 15 yrs old . It was beautiful there. We also saw Old Faithful. I will always remember that trip.
Spent a week with my family in Yellowstone the last week of June 2024 It was so beautiful! just an amazing trip♥♥

We were so lucky to have visited Yellowstone last year as well. A trip of a lifetime! So beautiful! We also visited the 5 Utah National Parks & Grand Teton National Park. Felt so grateful and never saw such beauty!

Idaho is such a beautiful state! We moved here from CA 9 years ago! Soooo much beauty to see!
Heart burn is painful. It is from caused from pressure of baby pushing your organs up towards esophagus. You may have a slower transit in your intestines now also. It helps to adjust your diet. Avoid spicy food including sauces that are tomato based. Avoid foods that are harder to digest like fried foods, rich sauces, gas causing foods, too many beans. Mix 1/4 tsp baking soda in 1/4 cup of water and drink to nuestralise the stomach acid when you cant take any more tums. Avoid too much sugar and junk carbs. This will help you.
Make sure the baking soda is 100% pure and it doesn't have aluminum in it. Arm and Hammer is a good brand. You can do a half teaspoon if you have to.I would do that before doing the tums, which I believe have aluminum.
Also caffeine causes so much heart burn when pregnant

Katie, your relationship with your grandmother is beautiful. You have good memories of being with her so you must have spent a lot of time with her. Watching the Bates family together is so heartwarming. There are not that many big families that are so close and spend time with each other. I love when Mr Bates says the prayers. If every family in America was like this imagine how much more peace there would be? Hailey is really talking a lot and she is still pretty young. She is ahead of schedule for that development imo.
