I found this video while looking for reviews and your video was fantastic. I really want to purchase the Deauville but I'm concerned that the top handles will be a nuisance when I'm using the chain strap. It seems most people carry by the top handles and I'm wondering if it's because the stiff top handles make it fussy. I wish they folded down. What are your thoughts? Thank you for sharing.

Hi Kat, I have the deauville too and haven't used mine but love the bag nonetheless every time I look at it.. good to know you enjoyed yours even though you hate to baby your bags.. and the Espirit umbrella fits so well in small bags (eg. alma bb) that I had two of them :)

I have it in grey in the medium size no sequins and love it too! 😉 Mine don't have top handles but leather on the shoulder part of chain strap so more comfortable, works for me since I'm not a top handle girl and prefer smaller bags. 😘

Hi! Great video! I love your reviews. I did watch your reviews before on some other bags, You do it well. This bag I love it even tho I don't own one, but I love the style of it, I love it more than LV NF. I love Chanel Cerf tote bag more. Because it has pockets and it is organized bag. It is so me. I have it in small size and I love, love it so much. Your bag it is beautiful and the color as well. I did thought of it, but I changed my mind. If I'm going to get it one day, maybe in the small size and I'm thinking in leather. Will see. :)

Wow! This video is everything I was looking for. I'm having a hard time deciding which size to buy medium or large.I actually tried one at the Chanel Boutique and the sales lady said it was a large ,but you mention that Chanel says the medium it's a large.I actually have pictures of how it look on me ,but I'm still not sure if it's a large or medium.

Amazing review! I love how detailed your are and so honest. I want one but I'm so nervous about it getting fuzzy over time with the fabric. You should bite the bullet and get the Neverfull - it would give you the trifecta from Hermes, Chanel and LV ;)

Yes Lala! You are correct, I purchased the Chanel Denim Cabos a couple of years ago and it started to get fuzzy - sold it immediately. What a shame - it was what I thought my dream bag! I really LOVE the Deauville too, but I think I may only consider it in all leather - the seeding would make me crazy! Especially for the price point.
