But yeah nowadays even mid 40s aren’t that old, I only consider it old when physical fitness starts to deteriorate and when you start to get the typical “New technology is confusing” mentality when you haven’t been keeping up with the technology in years, it’s like learning a new language and then dropping it for a couple years then trying to start right back where you were, of course you’re confused

Pro tip. If you have back pain try replacing your pillow with a rolled up blanket to perfectly customize the height for it for optimal spine alignment. Had back pain from 16-19 bc my pillows were too high. Fixed it and was no longer in pain the very next day
