Excellent track selection and mixing. It's nice to hear some classics and remixes of classics that I've never heard before. It's amazing the shear volume and quality of trance music produced in the late nineties/early 2000s. I have depression and it's hard to enjoy music, but this still does it for me.
Great comment- those golden years from 1996 till about 2003 were unbelievable. I've been listening to trance all the way through and I'm still finding new stuff from back then. The well never runs dry.
Love the music Hebbs! I listen to in the background while I work and its nice to hear the great music and helps to get through the daily grind at the office! Thanks for doing these videos.

i dont know why u called this mix "cheesy" these tracks are legends....all of them....just listen to the crap they produce nowa days and u dont have to say anything, im glad i grew up back then....all my friends call me a weirdo bcuz i hate the new big room styled music. But once per week for 2 hours im in my own little world where all was fine and nice. greetings from germany.
Well, in this mix there are the more "commercialized" tracks from back then, so I can relate to "cheesy". But these records have still ten times more production quality/value than nowadays. Very reconizable comment furthermore ;-) Cheers.
Hi....arround 6:30...got your allen & heath an sampler on board ? Impressive work looks awesome when you take the stylus from the vinyl and the track keep on playing. Don’t saw this in your newer streams before. But I don‘t know how it works... you turn the knob on the effect section but the channel fader is still full open... Greets
Yes Patrick it has a ‘Roll’ function which I sometimes use as a sampler if I need to extend the outro of a track for example. I used it a couple of times in this mix ua-cam.com/video/SjNIb-gpPbU/v-deo.html between the 4th-5th-6th tracks. It’s a bit risky as it all depends if the auto beat engine is correct as you can’t set the bpm manually by tapping. I often have to do a lot of pitch adjustments on the playing deck to keep it in time. I’m pretty sure your DJM or EFX will have the same feature.
Yes you can use the echo effect on the efx as a feedback loop up to 8 bars or if you half the bpm up to 16. but same problem with the bpm control that’s why I not use it very often.
did you raise your decks a little bit? my xone sits higher than my deck by and inch or so. makes the left pitch harder to work with and the heady knobs are right there. need to start using my left hand more. love the mix. after 10 yrs of strictly dnb i have been mixing early prog house as of late. missed that stuff.
How did you manage that mix from encore une fois into tin tin out? The needle was off the vinyl of encore une fois and I can never seem to beatmatch it, as if it’s being gradually slowed down lol

This push play generation doesn't have shit on vinyl. Keep wrecking the decks! And a tracklist would be amazing if you don't mind.
💯
Как так. Трек ещё играет первый а пластинка уже не крутится
В 5:57 я выбрал функцию петли на микшере.
What's the track at 43'??
Love your work!
It’s Mark James - Hear Me

I was using the roll function on the Xone DB2. It acts as a sampler.
@@Hebbs ah I see. Thanks, will try it 👍
