sooo cheap compare where i am in California U.S
if this was in California was going for $50 million with all these & with all that 600 acers more would be about 100 million or more ..WOW so cheap there
but another hand the way looks like u need another 5 million to restored the buildings included the main , is a lot broken, aged up & weather out , maybe that's why price is pretty low
Danilo just keeps getting better and better. I loved how he said: "I'm looking for someone to love it and......" So personal. Such gorgeous property that it would be ideal place for a small Wedding outside or in the chapel and then perhaps reception in the Garden. I LOVE the paintings on the ceilings and how tall they are. With many bedrooms, it would accommodate guests for the Wedding and such. Honestly, I LOVE Romolini Christie's Luxury Real Estate. You couldn't have picked a better person than Mr. Danilo to represent your Company. My hope is he never leaves from presenting these beautiful properties.

I love the way Danilo respects the dignity of the property and dresses in keeping with the dignity of the house. This was another stunning villa and I love the outbuildings too. I always imagine these type of homes are expensive and a bit difficult to maintain. I’m sure there must be grants or subsidies from the Italian or regional governments to support investors who assume responsibility for these gorgeous properties.

A Beautiful Place and all of the Green Hills.

Tile Floors. I love the Bedroom too, with the private Terrace, and
the Green Bathroom fixtures are very pretty. I also, of course

to spend the winter.

Yet again a marvellous find by the agency ... what a property, what not to like ... the chapel is in such good condition and indeed a good place to come at rest or have some prayers. The house with all those magnificent ceilings WOW stunning. And let's talk about the farmhouse ... the potential it has ... And let's not forget, it has a swimmingpool, or was it a big fountain, well water it has to cool down in the hot Italian summers 😁😁 I have enjoyed this tour like any other but every tour has its own details which makes it always special in a different way. Love it.
