One question can Neo track a person riding on bike from a little bit high altitude (using RC mode) than it normally allow us to do so, like other DJI drone track from little high altitude with some road and scenery in frame, I hope you understand what I am trying to say, BECAUSE neo struggle to track a person riding a bike if it is too fast for Neo but when we increase altitude, I guess it can track that because relative to drone the bike moves slower and will be in frame to track for longer....maybe or maybe not. I think if it can do that that will create a good cinematic shot even if it is for small duration.

Sorry for the stupid question but how are you stopping the motors in the first place? Is that one of the things you can program to a button?
