There has to be another Morales, Barrera and Marquez for another Pacquiao to rise.

I don’t see how one man can dominate future boxers as great as those Mexican Champions.
Gerry Boy Peñalosa could have been a Pacquiao also but there weren’t the likes of Barrera, Morales and Marquez to rumble with in his prime.
And even if a boxer with the qualities of Pacquiao were to come up, who will be his Freddie Roach?

Donaire hit the wall at Bantamweight. He couldn't or wouldn't adapt at Featherweight when his looping hooks didn't have the same power. Would've loved to see him tussle with Lomachenko though.
If pacman and donaire didn't rise in the same era, Donaire can be the number one boxer of the philippines..He is a great boxer too..its just happend that he fight in same era of pacman, thats why he is over shadowed by pacman greatness..otherwise its a different story.
Remember this guy when he was little boy training at Mayweather Gym in Las Vegas.
