Finally someone is talking about Real-estate and also Investment Banking.
It's good program but still need to discuss a lot on the subject of *affordable housing* and there are many models available and worked out successfully in many countries. Amongst the stakeholders of the transaction I.e. Govt., Financial institution, developer and customer, no one is willing even to change a dot of affordable housing except customer who is end user. Many studies done at various levels with huge amount are in shelf somewhere.
Most media shows us that Pakistan is a doomed state except you. Thank you for creating such an amazing content! Appreciate your sincere work.

@TBT I think we need to focus on agriculture not housing society. Because in the future we have food shortages in 2030 😢. We need to build a better society. Not a Housing society everywhere. Building towers 20 floors.
What the real waste industry needs is taxes , buying, selling , owning tax it all. Especially file swapping activities.

We had 2 REITS project. Don't have any kind of authority as RERA.
Yes, we only have one REIT in Pakistan right now, by Dolmen & Arif Habib Corportaion.
Bhai pehla hamare real estate ki halat kharab thi, builders logo se paise leke bhag jate th lekin jab se rera act aaya tabh se builders pe ek responsibility badh gyi h customer ke prati and thanks the current govt for this. I am a law student so maine ye act padha h.
