I got tears of joy from just seeing people have fun not just on the ride but in line and even those just watching! Edit: Baymax, I am satisfied with my care.
Itss not that. I noticed its more than simply positive. Ive seen a patern in the comments. It seems theres a tradation and superstition theme to it, where you take a little brother to that ride, and wave. Something seems to happen or mean if the little brother waves back. It also seems that they believe this is their role in society. Monk like. Its also seems they are dedicating their lives to this. These are civilians who go here just to do that all day. I think it is a cult. With religious and tradition undertone.
@@thefamiIyguyshow i put myself in other cultures shoes psychologically. For example, hitting a piñata for birthdays. That would look wierd if i never saw it. Why we do that? Answer: its a tradition we do it for the kids, we feel its a ceremony for them and to see them happy when the candies fall down. To be honest, tradition is similar to religion. The action doesnt matter, but the feeling, and the rite of passage. An alien watches piñatas ceremony, and would go "huh?". But for the people its magical. Another example is finding eggs on easter. Its wierd if you are not part of it. Now take those examples, and apply it to the BAYMAX RIDE. In the comments, you would see that : "taking a little brother to the ride, waving, amd having him wave back" is the whole point of the "tradition". Something special is acomplished once the kid waves back. Like luck. Or happiness. Akin to finding the eggs on easter or finally breaking the piñata. Are you with me so far? Ok. Baymax tradition=easter egg hunt in terms of purpose. Now here is whats ODD. The Baymax dancing participants seem to think THAT IS THEIR LIFE PURPOSE. As infered in the comments. It is known that these people buy tickets just to do this all day. Their life purpose is to dedicate themselves to a tradition that is for kids happiness, like setting easter eggs for life or becoming a clown. Theres nothing wrong with that on paper. Except when you realize this tradition is based on a NEW MOVIE FRANCHISE, it originates from the INTERNET... its not a country culture, but internet culture. Tainted with meme culture... on wich these people are dedicating their "life purpose" to. The people who participate, are giving their lifes just like "monks" to a freaking baymax ride. And they feel itd beautiful, just how we feel its beautiful to blow candles. Thats ODD af. One reason is, the cult leader is NO ONE. Its the force behind memes and internet virality. At least cults have a direct culprit. Its a viral meme, that somehow highjacked "kids happiness" as a justification for young people to become "modern monks". Theres a psychological term called, "the messiah complex". Mostly happens to young people. It explains when a person joins a "cause" that makes them feel like they are saving the world in order to run from their real present responsabilities. They feel above real life. So they do things like "become vegans" and shane meat eaters because "they are saving the animals and the environment" and go to protest. But their protest isnt really doing anything. They protest against climate change, and fight against oil companies... meanwhile they never held a job, and have lived priviledge lives. Its calles the messiah complex. So the baymax dances... suffer from this. If you think about it... they are priviledge enought to buy DISNEY TICKETS and waste their day every day at this ride. But they are doing an important job and purpose for the world and kids happiness. Its textbook messiah complex. Textbook Cult psychology. You are in a cult because you are a CHOSEN ONE. Its the same mentallity. This is why its more ODD than easter or piñatas. The fact that they treat it as a tradition like that, when its a viral meme of a movie ride... its The differential. Lots of things are in a thin line. Traditions and cults are no different. Whats worst is, this is an internet cult.
