reset day to get my life together!
over the weekend Justin and I went to Austin to celebrate his birthday! It was an absolute dream meeting new friends, trying all the amazing vegan food, and playing tourist, but I can definitely use a reset day. More specifically I need to reset my motivation, body, environment, and energy.
A reset day should be a day where you ask yourself what you really need. Sometimes that looks like getting something you've been procrastinating done and out of the way, or sleeping in without an alarm for an entire weekend.
