The layout is great! Back door is where it should be. Fairly large kitchen with pantry- nice! Room for a large standing freezer in Laundry/mud room w/side garage access- nice! Fire Place tucked in the corner with TV wall away from the heat- Fabulous. If this was all styled in the Farmhouse LulaMae I'd be very tempted to take this one. It's almost perfect.
