The Silver Shamrock theme is so catchy because most have already known it since childhood. Though, admittedly with different words. London Bridge is falling down, falling down, etc.

I'm so sad they didn't keep Halloween as an anthology. Now it's a series that people look at as a dead horse. They definitely should have started with subtitles. That way when the 3rd was called "Halloween: The Silver Shamrock" or something people wouldn't have been mad. They could've even stylized it so that the "Halloween" part of the title was small and centred above the subtitle and was identical on each poster for the series. Halloween: Michael Mayers Halloween: Michael Mayers Returns Halloween: The Silver Shamrock Halloween: Attack of The Living Nightshades You get the point lol
Maybe for Halloween 2 they could’ve subtitled it “Halloween 2: The Death Of Michael Myers” so it would make more sense to the viewer that Halloween 3 there would be a new killer.
The worst part is, considering that the original plan was apparently to give each successful villain a potential spin-off series, there's no reason we couldn't have gotten more Michael _and_ this anthology series. Honestly the biggest issue was that they called the second movie "Halloween 2" and not just something like "Michael Myers Returns" or "Michael Myers Strikes Again"; that way this movie could have been "Halloween: Season of the Witch" and people would have been less confused.

This movie has an overall solid storyline. The only plot hole is the way the shamrock buttons are created with the stone from Stonehenge. I even liked the fact they added a nice mention of planets aligning since it has a lot to do with the myth of Stonehenge.

@@sirwatzhizface I don't think so. I don't think you understood the movie or the premier. She was probably crafted to assist Chalice in some way. Cochran liked jokes. If you think about it, she being an android fits perfectly into the idea of a joke since he assumed she was there to assist him and the cin was on. Can you imagine the extent to which he would have been surprised when he discovered she was an android? I'm not sure exactly why she was trying to kill him, if she was but it was still a joke. Meant to take him back. He couldn't get away from her entirely. He probably has a firm of P.T.S D. I think I probably would. The last scene has I've placed into context. Would Cochran really allow a joke up become a criminal act? I don't think he would he said there was a misfire in one circumstance. In the other circumstances the individual that was killed said he was going to burn it all down and its impossible to understand the reason. In my opinion there wasn't going to be any sacrifice but if there was it probably only impacted a small minority of people. Those with the pumpkin mask. Maybe those were the baddie's. Was Little Buddy a bad egg? No but he clearly wasn't listening to his mother. Thete is something deeper to that movie. It wasn't just about Halloween. It was about a slough of things. Which all came together at 9:00 p.m. Think about it. Why 9:00 p.m.? That is odd. That is relatively late. That is past some children's bedtime. I think Cochran was pulling a fast one

If I were able to give an award to any UA-camr, it would be you. Your videos aren’t just about the kill count, you also explain the movie in great information which makes it different from other kill counts. And you also give your own opinion on the kills which I can agree with. Thank you for the great videos, keep it up.
OmegaKingHyperionPX9 Care to elaborate on which aspect? The soundtrack fits the atmosphere of the tone and story of the film, the story itself, plot, and its characters were all unique, it's suspenseful, the cinematography was great, and the ending goes against all the Horror cliches that are synonymous and way too common in the Horror genre. Now, since you're a "smart" Halloween fan with great preferences. Tell me more about how Halloween: Resurrection that featured a rap star all of sudden becoming a "master" martial artist after 5 minutes of watching a movie able to use said skills to overcome a notorious serial killer was so great. Do please enlighten me.
Wglass90 I literally lovedddddd this movie for what it’s worth even though it has completely nothing to do with the Michael Myers story line. The plot was just great and the feeling of suspense in the movie had me with chills. This movie was definitely better than movies like part 4 and 5
One of the few channels I don’t mind supporting with money. James’s quality is unmatched. I love the way he analyzes the movies history while giving a quick rundown on the plots. Keep up the great work James :)
I ADORE THIS FILM. One of my favourites Also the Michael Myers in part 4, 5 and 6 is an android from the Silver Shamrock...(well that’s the fan theory but it totally fits)
I've heard that one, and it never really fit with the cult stuff for me. Michael impregnated Jamie 🤢 so how could he have been an android? And barring that if they could transfer the curse to an Android why would they have needed a baby? But yeah if it weren't for that, Michael being an android explains a lot.
it's a cool theory but is most likely not true. the halloween franchise doesn't take place in the season of the witch universe, and not just because of that commercial. the series was meant to be an anthology, and even though it didn't work out, season of the witch is still in a different timeline
This is why i love dead meat cause he doesnt just give you the kills withought context he tells you the story with all the deaths included and you can still watch the movie and enjoy it or not
"Whenever I use a Cork accent, I'm having a good time, and I used a Cork accent in [Halloween III]. I thoroughly enjoyed the role, but I didn't think it was much of a picture, no." - actor Dan O'Herlihy, on playing Halloween III villain Conal Cochran
Have you considered the "Cube" trilogy? The second movie in particular is very interesting as far as kills, though the third has the best practical effects.
I am never getting that jingle out of my head! Loving this so far! May need to binge watch this leading up to Halloween! I still can't believe I haven't seen this one!
Halloween as an anthology series would've been a truly neat thing to see. Honestly, the franchise probably would have been better that way. Wish it would've happened, even though I hated this movie at first it was pretty decent and bold. Plus, Tom Atkins is one of my favorites! So great here.

@@sirwatzhizface I don't think she was replaced. It seems like she was sent to direct Dr Chalice either away from the factory or maybe towards it
@@sirwatzhizface I don't think so.
@@sirwatzhizface I don't think she was replaced I think at some point in the movie she became one. Cochran wasn't a liar. I don't think he replaced her with an animatronic android. So something strange happened somewhere during the film.

This movies been brought up a lot this year (2024) and had to watch the kill count to remind myself of the storyline. Insane to see the progression 6 years later.
If I were able to give an award to any UA-camr, it would be you. Your videos aren’t just about the kill count, you also explain the movie in great information which makes it different from other kill counts. And you also give your own opinion on the kills which I can agree with. Thank you for the great videos, keep it up.
Evil Old Guy from Halloween 3 Really stepped up his game to become the CEO of OCP in Robocop.

One of the most underrated Horror movies ever. It's more interesting than most of the other Halloween sequels especially tripe like Resurrection.
more like the worst movie ever.
OmegaKingHyperionPX9
Care to elaborate on which aspect?

I ADORE THIS FILM. One of my favourites
Also the Michael Myers in part 4, 5 and 6 is an android from the Silver Shamrock...(well that’s the fan theory but it totally fits)
