Its umlingla pass now which is above 19300ft and then dungri la or mana pass in uttrakhand....
Khardungla is at 7th spot...

I just returned from Ladakh trip and our tour manager told that most prolly u can't visit pangong and nubra in October because it's very cold and the roads are closed idk
