Yup Malwa is a region in Punjab, and he was referring to that because his village is in the Malwa belt. Fyi, punjab has three big regions: Malwa (southern), Majha (north+eastern), and Doaba (mostly west and some north). The last one is named so bc it has two (i.e. "do") rivers ("ab") flowing through it, out of the total five ("panj" or "punj") in Punjab. Not really aure about the naming of other parts tho.
The English rap is by Gianimane, who's someone even I heard for the first time in this song.
He actually disses Sidhu by saying A syringe doesn’t work against a gun(his song Doctor)
