I started with changquan/kickboxing and ended up living in China for a few years to study different styles, mainly Shaolin temple varieties, a lot of sport variations but at the end I got to study with WuNanfang and learn the Wugulun lineage fundamentals, which formed the base of how I train now. I also spent a short month training with Chen Zhonghua of the chen style practical method which was eye opening. Maybe some day we can train together! There aren't many folks in this scene, so it's great to see a fellow searcher!
