1:13:20 Unironically, Reverse Reverse Polarity is not strictly speaking bad in this game mode specifically, because of the ring. You can hold it for when the arena shrinks and use it to boop enemies giga deep into the death field without having to go into it yourself (unlike magnus' other displacements, which require him to move with his target or otherwise end up being where he wants the targets to be). Especially in the context of being able to buff the ability, its likely you can increase its boop range and reach a point where the arena starts to shrink- you hit RRP and the entire enemy team just fucking dies because they get shunted to the edge of the arena.
Horn toss is really really good because it sets up your E after your RP without you having to move an inch from where you are, and further adds ~1.3 seconds to the total stun duration. Similarly, it sets up RRP after an E (not that RRP is good ot begin with, but if you HAVE it its a thing that horn toss can do for it)
I would love to see an in depth layout of power ratings for Commander. It could be beneficial for people that are looking to play for the first time or for the first time in a while.
+CD Speed is easier to think of as an energy bar Imagine that every ability has a unique "bar" of energy counting to 100, and you need to spend all 100 of it to use that ability. Each ability's bar has a unique "rate" at which that energy regenerates, expressed in-game as the actual cooldown in seconds (so if an ability has a 50 second cooldown, it "regenerates" 2 energy per second- 50 seconds for 100 energy). +CD Speed increases the rate at which that energy regenerates multiplicatively. So +100% CD Speed is doubling that regeneration. The net mathematical effect is that actual benefit of Cooldown speed is linear, rather than the exponential curve of raw cooldown reduction. +100% CD Speed is also +100% *more casts* of that ability; within any given stretch of time, you get 100% more casts than you otherwise would. This is true no matter how much cooldown speed you have, meaning any and all amounts of cooldown speed is as effective as any equal amount of it no matter your actual ability cooldown.

As a note, this is also the same type of "cooldown reduction" that LoL uses, though they call it Ability Haste instead
