Thank you. I try to live as a happy and positive person, but I also believe this location has a great staff. I think they too were positive, and genuinely want to make the experience good for the customers. I saw them with other guests as well, and the service, and friendliness here was really refreshing. It’s been awhile since I’ve been to a place and had such good interactions, even much higher end restaurants. I’ll definitely be back.

If I’m nice it’s usually returned; when someone is rude, that may be returned too and no one is happy. When someone is ugly to me, I don’t know what they are dealing with. If I can stay positive and nice, maybe a bit of kindness will help them. Trying to be neat and tidy is just me; although, it doesn’t always work out. When I’m messy, I still don’t beat any speed records, so I may as well just enjoy it. 😁

Thanks. Overall, I’m not very fast so there is no sense in me going nuts. Also, I really don’t like food on my face or to make a mess. In general, I am a fairly clean eater. When there is no prize, I also tend to stop when the flavor is no longer any good, rather than continuing to try and force myself to eat, even if I’m not full. This is fun for me, and I really enjoy food. To force myself to eat when it’s no longer any good, would lose the fun factor and it’s not what I want to do. 😁

Thank you 🙏 Happiness breeds happiness. As far as filling up, when I’m not doing a challenge and there’s nothing on the line, I go to enjoy. I do fill up, but not to the point it’s no longer any good or to the point I’m feeling miserable. It’s not worth it. There have been a some challenges I want to beat that I have and will push through the tough parts when my body is saying no more, but never to the point of reverse. (It has been close). I am also competitive in that regard. In these cases, the competition is really against myself to learn my limits.
It was amazing how good it was. I was expecting my favorite to be the marinara or meat sauce, but that mushroom sauce was awesome. It paired with the chicken perfectly. 😋

It really was a good time. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. They genuinely wanted to seem me do well and I think they were excited to have me record and highlight them too. As for the hat and glove, that would have been a great idea had I thought of it then. I need to consult with you during these challenges for some ideas. Sometime we’ll need to meet somewhere and just have some fun with a video. 👍
How do you figure? I spoke with the server before recording and told them what I wanted to do (she ran it by her manager). The server, manager, and GM were excited and happy to have me there and all were a part of the video. And… the manager gave me a swag box for coming and doing this? What part of this gives you the idea that they may be concerned and the promo may be “ruined”?

Dayyani was awesome and very nice. I believe it was her telling her management about my channel and me that really got them excited too, and the reason I ended up with the hoodie box. I attribute some of why my experience was so great to her, and she wasn’t even my server. And yes… she has a beautiful smile!

It is certainly positive and I hope this Olive Garden benefits from this, because the did provide an excellent experience and have great food. Fortunately, I didn’t have the really salty items. I was hungry! 😂. Really, I can’t explain it. I did my first food challenge a couple years ago with some coworkers, and I beat it. It was a surprise to me. That when I learned I could eat a lot more than I ever imagined.
That’s great for the restaurants and customers. That says a lot that Olive Garden instills a good culture of customer service, which will keep them successful. After all, half of our experience when eating out is the service. 👍
I will have to take your word on that. I don’t think I have ever been to another location. I’m going to guess the service was better than average too. The service here was great!
I was a little surprised by that too. I would have expected to get flavor fatigue before I ate that much. The variety of sauces and meats certainly helped. 😁
This place really gets ragged on, but after seeing one of these videos, I went the other night , you know what for the price you really can’t beat a huge portion of decent pasta. I got the meat sauce, n n crispy chicken.. everything was fresh and great and the salad was really crispy and the dressing was good and breadsticks were nice.. I ordered some rigatoni Bolognese from a Michelin star restaurant tonight and it was absolutely deep n rich n homemade ricotta. Ooomg. But seriously like under $20 you can’t beat the amount of food that you got… I mean, McDonald’s is only a couple dollars less now.
Agree: the portions are big, the service was great, the prices are reasonable, and the food is delicious. The value for a good meal here is great, and you really can’t beat their never ending pasta special. This was my first time getting it and I was thrilled.
Those pasta's are huge, even for the small ones to have nearly a pound a piece in them, they should be like 200gram bowls so a person can get a variety and feel good when they eat 30 bowls, not just 3. heh... It's Cool that you can take home whatever bowl your end on so you technically could have ordered one more, licked it, then took it home for leftovers! PS: I think you were in shock when they came out and said they knew you from seeing your challenges before and dropped some nice swag for ya, including a thoughtful hat for your bald head 🤣... haha JK man, you rock, I enjoyed this one!
The portion sizes are definitely a good size. I never thought about taking anything home; although, I had enough pasta at that point. When they brought the goodie box and told me Dayyani has been watching me, I was a bit in shock. I had never experienced that before. I was certainly surprised and flattered. It was so ice of them to give me the swag box. They seemed happy that I was there.

There comes a time in every eater’s life when she or he must take on the Olive Garden Pasta Bowl. You probably didn’t set out to eat the most bowls anyone has ever eaten, but you had a good time and stopped when the fun stopped. It’s what I admire about you. Now that I have gotten the “Never Ending Pasta”, I realize it was long over due. The pasta was phenomenal. I forgot how good it was. And the service during my visit was even better. I felt so welcome, and I really believe they enjoyed me recording and highlighting them as well. I went there with the intention of filling up on pasta and eating all that I could enjoy. Once it it no longer good, I tend to stop. During true challenges, I will push through a wall and push myself to beat them, far more than just going to and all I can eat meal. In the end, I have still reached a limit (when I’ve hit a wall and it’s no longer enjoyable, or pushing to my physical limits. I always appreciate your insight and feedback. Thanks Sam! I don’t do much to help me eat more. Through these challenges, the amount I can eat has slowly gone up some, but it’s not changing much at this point. The challenges and buffets I go to are the trainings I get. I don’t “train” to actively try and stretch like the professional eaters. This is only a hobby for me and I’m happy with the amount i can eat, which is good enough for most challenges. And… they are challenges, so many of them will still push my limits and help me go bigger or get faster. In between, I exercise daily, eat healthy and lighter, track everything I eat including the challenges in order to balance calories in and calories burned throughout the week. To give myself time to balance my intake and burn during the week, I tend not to do more than once a week. Exercise alone won’t make up for the excess calorie during a challenge, diet and nutrition in between is key. Does this answer your question?

I can’t say that I understand how I do it either. One day in early 2022 I decided to try a burger challenge with some coworkers for fun, none of us expected to finish, and I did! After the waitress bought me a shake and I finished it too. That was the day I learned I could eat so much.

It really was a good time. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. They genuinely wanted to seem me do well and I think they were excited to have me record and highlight them too. As for the hat and glove, that would have been a great idea had I thought of it then. I need to consult with you during these challenges for some ideas. How do you figure? I spoke with the server before recording and told them what I wanted to do (she ran it by her manager). The server, manager, and GM were excited and happy to have me there and all were a part of the video. And… the manager gave me a swag box for coming and doing this? What part of this gives you the idea that they may be concerned and the promo may be “ruined”?

It is certainly positive and I hope this Olive Garden benefits from this, because the did provide an excellent experience and have great food. Fortunately, I didn’t have the really salty items. I really haven’t been there in 15-20 years and just stuck with the items on the special. I’ll go back and try some other things.

I was hungry! 😂. Really, I can’t explain it. I did my first food challenge a couple years ago with some coworkers, and I beat it. It was a surprise to me. That when I learned I could eat a lot more than I ever imagined.
Olive Garden does actually have pretty good service alll the time.
That’s great for the restaurants and customers. That says a lot that Olive Garden instills a good culture of customer service, which will keep them successful. After all, half of our experience when eating out is the service. 👍

This place really gets ragged on, but after seeing one of these videos, I went the other night , you know what for the price you really can’t beat a huge portion of decent pasta. I got the meat sauce, n n crispy chicken.. everything was fresh and great and the salad was really crispy and the dressing was good and breadsticks were nice.. I ordered some rigatoni Bolognese from a Michelin star restaurant tonight and it was absolutely deep n rich n homemade ricotta. Ooomg. But seriously like under $20 you can’t beat the amount of food that you got… I mean, McDonald’s is only a couple dollars less now.
Agree: the portions are big, the service was great, the prices are reasonable, and the food is delicious. The value for a good meal here is great, and you really can’t beat their never ending pasta special. This was my first time getting it and I was thrilled.
Those pasta's are huge, even for the small ones to have nearly a pound a piece in them, they should be like 200gram bowls so a person can get a variety and feel good when they eat 30 bowls, not just 3. heh... It's Cool that you can take home whatever bowl your end on so you technically could have ordered one more, licked it, then took it home for leftovers!
PS: I think you were in shock when they came out and said they knew you from seeing your challenges before and dropped some nice swag for ya, including a thoughtful hat for your bald head 🤣... haha JK man, you rock, I enjoyed this one!
The portion sizes are definitely a good size. I never thought about taking anything home; although, I had enough pasta at that point. When they brought the goodie box and told me Dayyani has been watching me, I was a bit in shock. I had never experienced that before. I was certainly surprised and flattered. It was so ice of them to give me the swag box. They seemed happy that I was there.

You probably didn’t set out to eat the most bowls anyone has ever eaten, but you had a good time and stopped when the fun stopped. It’s what I admire about you. And you definitely finished more than three 😅.

Now that I have gotten the “Never Ending Pasta”, I realize it was long over due. The pasta was phenomenal. I forgot how good it was. And the service during my visit was even better. I felt so welcome, and I really believe they enjoyed me recording and highlighting them as well.
I went there with the intention of filling up on pasta and eating all that I could enjoy. Once it it no longer good, I tend to stop. During true challenges, I will push through a wall and push myself to beat them, far more than just going to and all I can eat meal. In the end, I have still reached a limit (when I’ve hit a wall and it’s no longer enjoyable, or pushing to my physical limits.

Congrats, so after the video stops, what do you traditionally do to help with eating so much food? 😊
I don’t do much to help me eat more. Through these challenges, the amount I can eat has slowly gone up some, but it’s not changing much at this point. The challenges and buffets I go to are the trainings I get. I don’t “train” to actively try and stretch like the professional eaters. This is only a hobby for me and I’m happy with the amount i can eat, which is good enough for most challenges. And… they are challenges, so many of them will still push my limits and help me go bigger or get faster. In between, I exercise daily, eat healthy and lighter, track everything I eat including the challenges in order to balance calories in and calories burned throughout the week. To give myself time to balance my intake and burn during the week, I tend not to do more than once a week. Exercise alone won’t make up for the excess calorie during a challenge, diet and nutrition in between is key. Does this answer your question?

I can’t say that I understand how I do it either. One day in early 2022 I decided to try a burger challenge with some coworkers for fun, none of us expected to finish, and I did! After the waitress bought me a shake and I finished it too. That was the day I learned I could eat so much.
