I feel bad for your experience. Did it happen lately? We are treated fairly, but I also noticed that there was a staff shortage there. There was only one staff but serving two big groups at meal time.
@@gabyliving8114I just left there couple days ago. The ladies there are very welcoming, but the majority are male & I hardly found their empathy and willingness to help during our stay. Most ridiculous is disgusting medical tape mixed in our salad, I will NEVER go bad.

Don’t go!!! This is the worst Onsen Hotel I even visited in Japan. Poor service & their salad mixed with used medical first aid tape. Horrible!!!
