I grew up with a lot of anxiety. Analysis paralysis was part of my everyday life. However, after Concecrating to the Virgen Mary, the anxiety that basically defined me was practically gone. Through a slow and gentle dissipation. Now whenever I get stressed/anxious about something, it does not last very long. I also wear the miraculous medal, and I ask our Lady of the Immaculate Conception daily to shower me with the graces that I need to overcome today's hurdles. Praying the Divine Mercy Chaplet or doing the Stations of the Cross at 3pm while unidentifying my heartaches with some small part of our Lord's Passion, really reminds me how much I'm loved by Him and of course listening to testimonies of our Lady's intercession can really uplifts my soul.
