To come out on top after one ankle and two ACL injuries (2017-2020) is truly unfathomable!
Actually all the three surgeries she had were on her right knee's ACL (she tore it 3 times)

@@LeonardoSilva-it3wt por equipes acho difícil. O Brasil não vem com grandes nomes como tinha em 2008 ou em 2016. Provavelmente a equipe alcance uma final, mas acho pouco provável uma medalha.
Está brilhando essa semana no mundial de 2023. Melhorou muito suas performances. Ajudou o Brasil a conquistar a medalha de prata por equipes. No salto superou a Biles.

That step out of bounds in the floor routine at the aa final broke my heart, without that would be gold and finish the American dominance in aa.
I think she was underscored in ub too. That helped Suni Lee. But she had to win Brazils first ever medal at womens gymnastycs. Too much pressure. Maybe in Paris she will take gold in AA

I’m just so happy for her wins. She was awesome in Rio but more elegant and powerful in Tokyo. So glad she won her medals. I’m kinda surprised she didn’t win the AA gold…I know she went out of bounds. Love her routines!

And the underscoring in UB and BB. The scoring this year was so strange. It happened to some of the girls.

@@felipebarros1572 I don't think she was robbed per say. Rebeca wasn't the only one that was underscored. But I do remember watching some videos covered by the NBC where the people doing the commentary were outraged by her scores on the UB and BB. Nasties was particularly shocked. Saying that the held her tongue about the UB, but could no longer keep it to herself when the BB came out.

@@mmawithsubtitles7460 yes Rebeca was sooo underscored on UB but to be fair Sunisa was quite underscored on the FX too, her routine was so similar to 2019 in difficulty and execution but somehow scored 0.5 less

Na Rio 2016 ela tinha acabado de sofrer cirurgia no joelho, competiu na pressão, era mais nova e a torcida atrapalhou ela no solo antes da ultima acrobacia ficou claro que ela saiu da música, tamanho o barulho da torcida mas como uma boa brasileira, levanta sacode a poeira e dá a volta por cima nas olimpíadas do Japão 20/21 foi prata no individual geral mesma com juízes torcendo contra e ouro no salto. No mundial 2021 após olimpíada repetiu o ouro no salto e foi prata nas assimétricas não competiu no individual geral porque foi poupada pela comissão técnica do Brasil, fez história gravou seu nome na ginástica, feito esse que só as estadunidenses tinha alcançado no nosso continente. Parabéns Rebeca Andrade esse ano foi seu e Paris 2024 está logo ali, sucessos!
Ela teria conseguido fácil medalha no geral se tivesse feito o solo com série simples pra cumprir tabela, mas foi melhor se poupar. Já pensou três medalhas no mundial?
@ Sim seria a redenção após redenção! Também concordo, com uma série de nota 12.000 simples ela ganharia também o ouro no individual geral no mundial, tamanha a execução e dificuldade que a Rebeca coloca frente a russa no salto e assimétricas, Rebeca é uma fênix e vai surgir dinovo na Paris 2024.

Engraçado porque colocaram as imagens das Olimpíadas do Rio 2016 do team finals? O individual geral eram outras imagens. Não teve queda nenhuma, ela não estava com seu maior potencial devido às lesões. Essa edição desse canal sempre tendencioso. Rebeca só não levou o ouro porque saiu do tablado em Tóquio 2020.
