Spider-Man: Far From Home / Spider-Man teams up with Nick Fury and fellow superhero Mysterio to stop four massive elemental creatures -- each representing Earth, air, water and fire -- from wreaking havoc across Europe. / Following the events of Avengers: Endgame, Peter Parker (Tom Holland) returns in Spider-Man: Far From Home. Our friendly neighborhood Super Hero decides to join his best friends Ned, MJ, and the rest of the gang on a European vacation. However, Peter's plan to leave super heroics behind for a few weeks is quickly scrapped when he begrudgingly agrees to help Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) uncover the mystery of several elemental creature attacks. Spider-Man and Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhaal) join forces to fight the havoc unleashed across the continent but all is not as it seems.

MJ : i dont have much luck when it comes to getting close with people
spider man : no way home 😭😭
The part with him mimmicking cap is of course hillarious but it also demonstrates perfectly why the natural webbing does'nt work for Peter's charachter. Peter is another charachter who's greatest power is his mind and the web shooters help illustrate that, specifically when he runs OUT of webbing it amps up the suspense and requires him to really think about how to get out of a tough situation like this one.
I agree that his mind is immensely powerful however I think what truly defines him as what I consider the greatest superhero conceived is his impeccable character. I see that as his super power. He is so very human, has flaws, but he never ever stops the pursuit of doing the right thing in service of others.
He is the example and result of what the best of parenthood does. It can bring a person into the world that is self-less, kind, helpful, and true to their ideals and their self regardless of what the world puts before them.
I don't have a child. If I ever do, I hope that I can be the father that Uncle Ben was to Peter.
If tom holland request to dr strange for forgetting mysterio instead of peter parker then his identity still hidden.
Agreed
Then mj probably would've forgotten that peter is spiderman, cause that would mean the events of far from home would not have happened. Just my personal opinion.
Not really, people would still know peter parker as spiderman. Their memory of mysterio will be erased but people would think peter parker as a good guy, not a bad guy. But idk, his life does get very messy if his identity get leaked. Even if people claimed he was a good or bad guy. :/
They can forget Mysterio but the video is still leaked
@@MrEnric98 with that logic than every peter's picture with aunt may, mj, or even tony still exists and anyone would notice anyway then. loved the movie, but there are a lot of stuffs that they failed to explain clearly
God. I love Peter Parker so f'ing much. I've never wanted a close friend that's a fictional character more than him. John McClane, Marty McFly, Jack Shepard, Ellen Ripley, and Thomas Anderson (Neo) are all contenders. I am sure there are many more, but in my limited knowledge, these characters are some of the best conceived.
The moment when Peter sees Mysterio die, and you can tell how utterly heartbroken he is. He is on the verge of weeping, holding back tears due to the horrible betrayal he just suffered through, but also because he had to ask E.D.I.T.H., an Artificial Intelligence, if what he just witnessed is real to validate how he feels, which means he can't even trust his own desire to cry any longer as Mysterio has stolen that from him and his Spider Sense can only protect him so much.
It's terrible to feel that way. In my own way, I have been there. Wanting to break down but you can't. Not sure if you trust your heart anymore. Needing to remain strong outside while inside you're imploding. But damn, when it did happen, I felt like I was an iron in the fire. Ultimately it was a blessing because after it was over it made me a better man.
Also, can we please get some props for MJ? Right after all Peter just experienced she could tell the torment he is in, and made a joke about bringing the mace (which you know is heavy) just to bring some light back into Peter's heart with a laugh. And comedy (more importantly love) is great medicine for a weathered soul. We all need someone by our side that understands while they can't save us from the worst things in life, they are there for you, appreciate all that you do even when it isn't perfect, recognize who you truly are, and will do anything they can to know that you are worth saving because you would save them in kind.
Now there's a thought in my head... if in no way home they checked the command records of edith(i mean come on there's gotta be a system where all the commands are archived) and see at what time he said the "execute them all" part then there's gotta be a live video online where the drone's retreat and so if they can match the two time periods of the command record and the video they will know that the command was for something else
That's kind of a plothole actually
Not a plot hole if you really think of it, I’m sure beck had a way to clear any records of his commands or he’d be vulnerable, so I wouldn’t be surprised if he was able to just clear any history of his commands
not if you know how JJ operates
Even if such evidence existed and presented to the populous in a clear and easy to understand way, I don't think it makes for a plothole.
People would just rather believe Beck's story, and trying to convince them otherwise would have been a constant struggle.
Even if Peter's name was cleared, the damage would be done, and there'd always be people that blamed him for all the horrors Beck committed.
I mean we live in a world where there are people who believe the Earth is flat

Norman Osborn was working with him. 😀
@@tlfonteneau2 MCU Norman doesnt exist. Feige confirmed that he didnt have any intrest in making his own Norman Osborn. Instead they pulled the whole multiverse thing in NWH and brought in Willem Defoe.
He didn't. His associates did. This was all planned in advance. It was Beck's contingency plan in the event that he failed. You can see at the end that he uploads the footage he captured to one of his fellow ex-Stark employees, who then downloaded it and later doctored the footage and sent it to The Bugle.
@@I-speak-U-shut-it Doesn't exist as of yet. I find it WAY too hard to believe that in the MCU, there is no Norman at all...period. Just because we haven't seen him yet and there's no Oscorp (as mentioned by the time-displaced Raimi Norman) that doesn't necessarily mean there isn't a Norman Osborn out there somewhere. He could be living in a different city, or state, along with Harry and hasn't formed his company yet.

Fun fact: Peter has his eyes closed during the entirety of the illusion scene and only opens them when the illusion begins to dissolve
Even greater detail. Peter still isn't sure if he was lying he was bluffing to make Mysterio reveal the truth. He said "you can't trick me anymore" yet when he thinks he might be dead he asks Edith "this isn't an illusion?" admitting he wasn't sure if all of it was real or not, he was just believing in himself.
Realizing that the Baby Monitor Protocol wasn't a bad idea after all so Peter could show the world Beck was the villain
