I was in Montgomery AL in the 90s and I was producing some tracks And Everyone talked about how good this guy from riverside was who had just left town. It was Rick Rock. I left in 99...But me and Art Terrell heard about Doe B and this guy doing his tracks. It's was you. Appreciate your knowledge and Channel Bruh.
Hey Bolo You remind me of a guy I worked with years ago in 2000 2002 At securicor omega in Park Royal North West London. He was making beats like uk hip hop RnB etc on MPC.
I picked this up day one because the SQ80 and ESQ1 were my first synths (After my casio cz101). I sold off my SQ80 two years ago so figured I could have it again as a piece of software. The sound is very close for those grainy lofi synth sounds. They added some excellent new features and waveforms so in some ways its better than the original.I upgraded to The Arturia collection 8 (I was still on 6) which had added this so overall was well worth the upgrade. Its nice to see you demo this synth and add it to your beat making. A UA-camr named Starsky Carr did a review of this when it first came out and he added a link to a collection of 3000 free additional SQ80 sounds. I haven’t added them yet but its on my list if to do’s.
🔥 bro! I just got V Collection 9 the other day, and haven’t been able to really dive into it. But I made a beat last night using only the Jun-6 V, and I was blown away by how good(and easy) it was! Can’t wait to see what else I can come up with using these new tools. Your videos are always great for inspiration too!
You can easily rig up a 2nd computer dedicated to loading Arturia VSTs and play them with a MIDI controller as if they are live instruments. Then just direct input audio into an MPC or other workstation and its like you have a collection of vintage gear without needing a DAW to load them!
And another one! Bolo with another banger! I was wondering how this was. Man, was going to grab it on intro for the $50 upgrade, but hopefully they add more to the V Collection 9 and I can just get them all for the low. Keep the heat comin Bolo!
No doubt bruh. Your one the dopest producers out there. I always watch your stuff and learn new shit or even just appreciate seeing in action the things I may already know but you put a flip on it in your own way. Much respect to your grind bro.
@@BoloDaProducer you're welcome I stated out years ago listening to different producer youtubers but your the best! How or where do I purchase a beat and have you listen to me on your track??
Dope video. You should really check out Roland's Zenology Pro. It sounds good, low on CPU, and it loads extremely fast. Reminds me of a Roland keyboard workstation in VSTi form. Akai MPC 2 software + Zenology Pro = Roland Fantom + MPC workflow/swing.
Can’t get my MPC to pick up any other VST’s outside of the Air stuff that came with it. Arturia, NI etc., forget it. And it’s the full version not Beats BTW. I’ve all but given up. VST’s and plugins are mostly on an external drive, on Mac. It won’t scan that stuff for nothing . A video or something on this would be helpful.
Hey Bolo been following you for a while bro your videos have always made a big impact and beats always dope have you worked with gospel rap artist before?
Ayo Bolo Ima Up Coming Producer/Artist And I Wanted To Ask You How You Make Your Beat Packs Or Sample Pack Cause I Wanna Make My Own I Just Dont Know How Yet So If You Can Help Me Out Then Id Greatly Appreciate It And Keep Up Tha Good Work You Are A Great Inspiration Other Than Myself 😁 To Do This And Yeah Have A Great 4ever -BKF Out 😎🤙
To be honest, the beat is hard but he needs to take that last sound out of it. It's overlapping the other sounds in the beat when its played as a whole. Timbaland said it best don't ever overthink or put too many sounds in yo beats. But I like it tho kool beat. The sounds are different.
I asked this guy a question on here a few months ago, never got back with me. Asked this guy a question on Instagram never got back with me. I showed you love and bought one of your packs, not that I needed it, just was showing love ya digg. Fu** it, not taking it personally but I’m unfollowing. No love for your fans = no love from me. I wish you the best though bolo 💯💪🏽
The world can’t stop for you bro. I’m sure he gets hundreds of questions he wouldn’t be able to be productive if he stopped for everyone. Just keep grinding and stay humble. 💯
I’m sorry I didn’t get back to you sooner but you have to understand im a one man show. I definitely appreciate your support but seriously I can’t comment back on every comment, email, IG dm, Facebook Dm… etc.. however thanks for the support and I hope you come back sonnet than later 💪🏾
I'm not going to give you a thumbs down because my gripe isn't with you. But I will most likely never use Arturia again because I bought their Keylab 61 back in 2014 and it is the only keyboard in my life that ever broke on me. Several keys went to shit and it just messed up the flow. It looked nice, but it sucked. And I've owned over 20 keyboards in my 15 years of buying my own keyboards. I know this is a video about a CST.. But I'm an asshole with standards lol
😐 You’re giving a bad rating to a video about a software synth, because you had a bad experience with a _hardware_ controller that wasn’t even in the video? Guy, c’mon…

Thanks!!!

HARD!!! You make making the 808 pattern look easy. I'm still struggling with that aspect a little.
I reccomend the channel Hack Music Theory, their simple bass and rhythm videos helped me a lot
Yeah! Fiya beat! And I definitely appreciate you showcasing the VST to this 80's synth! Inspiring indeed! Thanks!!!

The beat is simple but it's hard. The synth sounds really nice
I Swear your Arrangement level is out of this world 🔥🔥🔥🎹

Yo Bolo,, is this the way to do it? Turn the midi tracks into audio. I see that you have 9 audio tracks?
That’s she way I do it
Question, what mpc were you using to make the beat with the software. Nice beat foreal, or were u using v a key board with software.
Mpc X, Roland FA 06
#SBE!
Muito bom
Doesn't sound groundbreaking, but it's still a nice board...
