As a criminal defense paralegal in California.....I love this Judge. Not only does she give options that provide punishment (for those who don't know...following all the requirements of probation and programs is NOT an easy task) but she also gives people the chance to turn their life around when they have hit bottom. Sometimes...that's all a person needs is that chance that no one else has ever given. Will everyone be helped by these chances? Of course not...but some will and THAT is something. It's A LOT actually. You are an inspiration, Judge!!

I watch daily to get my dose of Her Honors Life Lessons she gives to these convicted criminals, I love the advice she gave to the one who was fighting in front of his 4 year old!!!
