I'm weirded out no animator thinks of the concrete bit the same way I do
The way I imagine it, is since Flowey pops out of the ground occasionally, he tries and fails to pop out of concrete, causing a crack in it
Instead of being angry, he just says "F*CK YEAH! CONCRETE!"
