On page 13 it explains the two main rules for taking runes. First is "If you have more influence than the player that controls an Island and have boots on the ground then you immediately steal its Island Rune." (Singular as Rune opposed to Runes) The other rule is in notes concerning abandoned islands. "If you nolonger have influence on an island, But no player is stealing the rune, then you must return the rune to its island." So in otherwords when another player puts more influence on an island then you and has atleast one settlers on it they take that islands rune and in the case that you up and leave the island with no influence the rune would then return to the island. If someone else was there at the time of you leaving they would then gain the rune due to the steal an island rune rule. In the case of tied influence the runes shouldn't transfer and if its not a tie it should not be moving ALL runes of that type just the Island Rune (singular). That's how Interpreted the rule.
Im pretty sure you can only raid a village if you end your sail there. You are no longer able to keep moving after even if you haven't spent all your movements
So i made it to the end of the video. I was hoping someone would catch the mistake but it looks like you guys ended up confused by the situation. When chris took that rune from shaune he was worng. Each island has its own rune. So bc shaune never lost control of his f rune island he shouldn't have lost the rune.

How come you didn't show the conclusion and winner tally? Did the Island Rune snafu cause the game to be thrown?

Yeah, Absolutely. Chris took back control of an island he never lost leading to a whole lotta confusion
It saddens me to watch this whole video without a conclusion. It just cuts off without finishing.
