Actually I gave them feedback and they have improved since. I gave them another chance. But I recently visited there and it was too busy! They have 1,388 rooms and pre-covid operated 2 lounges but now only operate 1 and there are no plans on re-opening the North Tower lounge. I will no longer stay at this hotel now. The other annoying thing is, there are 2 swimming pools but only 1 is available as the other is always reserved for private functions. Rather disappointing. Apart from that the rooms are quite good and the people are very nice. Location is also quite good.
I agree 99% the helping you to the restaurant, others may feel uncomfortable offering you. help as you seem pretty independent, what they could have done is to ASK if you need help and if you do assist in my opinion
I just uploaded a second video for this hotel today and it is completely different! They watched all of my videos and picked up the good and the bad and learnt how they could improve their service. They then delivered exceptional service beyond my expectations - take a look at the video uploaded today!
