- I was stuck in Nusa Penida on "Nyepi Day" which is the Balinese New Year. The people there do not celebrate this day with lavish party or music. It is instead a day of silence, fasting and meditation for the Balinese. No Activities are allowed to take place. This also includes NO TRAFFIC (Roads are supposed to be empty), NO ELECTRICITY, NO NETWORK, NO WATER, NO PERMISSION TO LEAVE THE HOTEL PREMISES.
I have vlogged the entire experience of my "Day In Silence" and kept it as real as possible. Let me know what you thought of this kind of New Year Celebration?

The best part is.. You didn't use any kind of music or sounds for the whole part of silent day.. u kept it silent in the editing.. Only ur voice and becoz of that.. i got tht feeling like how long nd silent that day went.. I believe this one works👍👏 Even i want to try but it's so difficult without fan😅.. Great vlog

still wonder how you survived 1 whole day without power! I think this is one of the disadvantages of solo traveling, it becomes really hard to kill time
I realised it then 😅 but it also was a very different experience that I wouldn’t have had normally.
