Tbh pants can mean undergarments but we also use knickers/boxers (or just: underwear) for underwear or pants for trousers. It can go either way. (Edited for spelling)
Now imagine an episode where they actually have such a party and they are all drunk and they do stupid and funny stuff. I would love to see an episode like that.
