It was the illusion of depth, and many people continue to fall for the illusion. The games are just based on speed and awareness. There are no meaningful defensive ratings, WHICH IS HALF OF FOOTBALL. No block shedding, Power or fineese moves, separating hit power and tackling, man coverage, zone coverage, pursuit, and play recognition. Nope. Just Awareness + tackle and your physical ratings. Don't get me started on the TRASH draft on the PS2. Nah. Give me Madden 14 & 15 all day every day.

In order to stop him, we should use this [irrelevant play]. Running back? How about QB spy, Cover 4, or Engage 8? Opposing pass rushers? How about curl flat or play action that takes time to devlop? No. Real advice would have been nice. Screens and draws to keep the pass rushers honest. Maybe balanced run blitzes to stop the running game. Acrual depth and things to help people get better at football. No, it is shallow. The draft scouting is fluff, too. If there were meaningful ratings and traits and schemes with honest reports about the players, but not when you kust scout Awareness and Speed and ignore the rest. How about onndrsft day and the TERRIBLE trades offered and the low quality of the draft classes? On my channel, I have some "franchise til it breaks" videos. You can see the bad team building and low quality generated rookie classes, which plunge the league into mediocrity as real-life players retire.

Im not even really into football but your style of narrating your decisions and you diving into the stats of your team is really interesting to me. I really like the longer vids too

Look, the reason Dyn-Chise has great videos is BECAUSE of Dyn-Chise, not because of the video game. Dyne-Chise could make grocery shopping interesting.
I wasss going to get the orange and strawberries, but the BOGO offer on bagged applies was juuust too good to pass up and I needed the cap room to pay for ground beef as his rookie deal is up after this season since we have needs at quesadilla, unless we trade our draft capital for the discounted pork loin before the sales deadline.

Hey when you do upgrades from minicamps remember awareness and tack will go up automatically with playing agility is the only Stat you can't upgrade by playing so don't waste points on things that will improve same with throw power I'm a addict when it comes to that if you seen my ncaa 09 and madden 09 on ps2 file you'd cry
@dyn-chise yes throwing power, agility, acc, and speed sometimes do but you very rarely I have to go back and play to remember them all which ill do and get back to you, but listen bro don't play 04 play 09 10 or 11 for ps2 because you can use ncaa with it, also 09 thru 11 are light years better then 04, plus plus ncaa you can do 40 yard dash and get your player speed up 4 or 5 points, so I basically you can build dt that are 6 8 330 lbs and make them 99 speed and acc at qb with position changes on ncaa it's kinda complicated but I know what I'm doing
